I rarely come to Timmies. I noticed they had a Veggie Cilantro Lime wrap. It cost $7.13.nnTimmies here is going for that café setup as I saw multiple people on their laptops here.nnI was at the front of the line for three minutes before I was acknowledged. One of the workers had to tell the person to grab the till. Two of the employees were standing there and doing nothing as I waited.nnEventually they took my order and the wrap tasted better than I expected. Much better than expected.nnI like the fireplace by the entrance.nnOverall, my experience was fine. The staff was the weakest part. They're not very friendly. Who knows. Maybe just a bad day.
I am giving my 5 star to this Tim Hortons location. Manager Glovie and all the staff are very friendly. They are the warmest and hard-working people. They always get my coffee right.
Tried to order a drink person didn't understand what I was ordering. Manager came to the window and said it was the way I order. I said I read it off your menu and she said oh they don't understand unless you say oat milk. I replied if it is on the menu the way I said it then the staff should know what it is. The other guy took my money and gave me the wrong drink and shut the window and kept my change.
I bought timbits and that were not edible at all because of the awful smell coming out of it. But the girl in charge justified it saying that the are smell because they are freshly made.
I went for a drive thru this morning. I get some tea and sausage farmers wrap. It was perfect, the service is very fast and the staff is very friendly they greet me a nice goodmorning with a smile. Nice work tim hortons great job for you guys
