I placed my order on the app. When I got to the store, it was very busy at lunch time on a Friday. There were only 3 people working up front. The one person was new I think, so really wasn’t up to speed. There should be more coverage at lunch time. They didn’t have the bread I requested for my sandwich and when I got my order over 20 minutes later, they gave me the wrong flavour of muffin. The person that did do my order was very polite and tried her best to get me out. More staff is needed to make it less stressful for the current staff and the customers.
This Tim Hortons needs to learn how to properly be managed and employees Due to learn how to be efficient at their job. This place is a joke 20 minutes waiting in line when I’m the only person standing in line just to get one drink
I’ve given this coffee shop multiple chances, but every visit has been a disappointment. The coffee is consistently bad—either too much sugar, too little milk, or just plain stale and bitter. This time, the latte machine wasn’t working, which is particularly frustrating since it seems to be down half the time. My wife only drinks lattes, so this was a big letdown. I won’t be coming back.
This my final post before I take up with the head office the place and staff is worse I’ve come across in Canada and I’ve been across it please do something see no response to my complaints I never coming to a Tim Horton again especially this one the coffee taste burnt black slush the atmosphere is tense tell your manager to get there staff to clean I’ll be adding photos soon there good see generic response see how much they truly care
Came here at around 6 pm saturday june 5th. The two guys here were straight up rude and ignorant. Had no wedges no hashbrowns nothing and thats okay. But they had no etiquettes and spoke as if they were doing us a favour. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE, QUIT.nThey were two men one was thin the other a lil healthy.
