Extremely disappointed with my order this morning! I ordered an ice coffee with light cream extra base and 2 pumps of caramel.. I get to the window.. coffee looked like a cup of cream with a splash of coffee I asked them to remake it she comes back less then 40 second later it’s still extremely light she “remade it again” it looked fine but since she was only gone for a second I asked just to make sure if she actually made a new one and not just dump some out and add coffee to it she assured me it was remade to the way I ordered it… that was a lie this was the worse I’ve coffee I’ve had STOP worrying about the time tracker systems you have in the drive thru and pay attention to your paying customers that just want a good coffee…nnI also ordered breakfast sandwiches that had both sausage and bacon and on all three there was only sausage.. so that’s more money I wasted due to people not paying attention nor caring!nnAdding this to my original review a couple minutes later.. there is a lot of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup
Had a 12 grain bagel and French vanilla. Bagel tasted good. French vanilla was also good. Great ambience. Drive thru is crowded during mornings. But dining was peaceful. Parking was not an issue.
I ordered two dark roast double double coffees, and they tasted different from what I usually get at other Tim Hortons locations. I requested a replacement, but it also tasted the same—very watery. This is the worst coffee I have ever had from Tim Hortons. It seems like low-quality milk or another ingredient might be affecting the taste, as it does not resemble a dark roast double double at all.
I visit this outlet every weekend and buy my usual coffee. The night staff especially Pranav does a really good job. All the team members are active and serve customers with almost no waiting at the queue.nDouble double i get from here is one of the bests i get from Tim's.
Thank you to the amazing ladies of Eagle st Tim Hortons! I had to buy a few gift cards for my daughter’s daycare teachers and the supervisor went above and beyond to help me! They are prompt and kind. And a wonderful smiling face to see in the mornings! Thank you for helping this mom and other folks! You are a staple in the neighborhood
