Waited for 20 minutes for a grilled chicken bowl. Got a wrap after waiting. Told them I ordered a bowl. Got ignored for another 10 mins and then finally order came, CRISPY chicken bowl. Waited another 5 mins. Guess what!!! They forgot what habanero sauce is… as a trucker, this is worst Tim Hortons to go take a break. Worst customer service comes as a gift along-with. 35 minutes waiting too for wrong order
This place always rips you off on sandwich toppings. One slice of tomato and three pieces of bacon on a BLT, then loaded with mayo. Such a joke. This happens almost every time. Photos are from two separate occasions.
This is the saddest excuse for a Tim Horton's I've ever seen.nThey tried to double charge me for donuts. As I was in mid sentence explaining to the cashier what had been rung up wrong she just...walked away and did something else? Finally she came back and I had to basically draw out on paper how to ring up the order for 8 donuts she was charging me for 14.nnThe cashier then packed my donuts with BARE HANDS. The same hands that had just handled money and the register and god knows what else. My sausage egg and cheese breakfast muffin had no sausage. Even the donuts were the wrong ones. There are flies all over the place and I don't even want to know what goes on in the back given that even the customer facing side is horrible! Shame on Tim Horton's for this location. This place is not worth stopping at no matter how hungry you are. GROSS.
I work in the area and this is one of the few options for eating. This is the probably the worst run business i have ever witnessed in my life. I don't even know where to begin. This morning i waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Only one other person in the restaurant. The rude woman at the counter continuously told us our food was almost ready. Last weeks lunch they forgot half the order and I had to drive back only to be berated by the employee working the counter. The majority of the time they cant make half the menu options since they do not have the ingredients. This is a zero star establishment until they can hire some competent management. Go to Mcdonald's across the parking lot and save yourself the headache.
we went through the drive through and the woman at the window was rushing us to the point where she didn’t know what we had ordered. when we got to the window she gave us a wrap instead of a bowl and when we asked about it she said the time was up and she couldn’t do anything about it. she also forgot to give us our 3 bottles of water that we paid for. we went inside to get it sorted and we got our water but when we asked to get the bowl again it took over 15 minutes and the staff kept forgetting everyone’s order so we left without the bowl. they also forgot our hash brown.
