The staff is always nice.nHowever, today the food …. Questionable.nI usually get a ranch crispy chicken wrap. But today, it smelled different. The texture was weird after cutting into the wrap I see why.nnNot cool. The chicken is still pink. Now I here hoping I don’t get sick, because I ate 1/4 of it already.nSo annoyed right now. I can’t even take it back because I was passing through.nDo better before someone gets seriously sick.
The food is usually good here and the staff are very friendly and the cleanliness and appearance is very good but I am not making this message about that. Unfortunately I went through the drive-through and I ordered a BLT with a four cheese bagel and I got a BLT with a cinnamon raisin bagel wasn’t very appetizing, but I ate it anyways because I was hungry didn’t think I needed to check my food but now I always well sorry to say Tim Hortons but you need to step up your game and be more on point with what you are giving out to your customers
This is my go-to Tim Hortons location; overall it has a friendly feel. I wish they had kept the retro styling from about 5 years ago but since it has been modernized.nnStaff is sometimes confusing and seem like they are in a rush, but overall are very friendly. I would suggest going to the Wendy's location right next to it if you are planning on getting food. For donuts, coffee or drinks then Tim's is perfect.
This is the most convenient location on my drive to work... It is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been here. The team is made up of one rude white girl who is always on drive through head set at least she understands the order and a mix of people who don't understand listening at all. I constantly have to repeat my order. I said large for size three times and the Philippineo lady on head set today asked size again today. I prefer a tea latte usually 2a day but this team screws it up so badly I stopped coming in. Today was the worst of the worst. I ordered my oat milk tea latte and the last had no idea. I knew exactly which staff member it was but know two people get the order I figured it would be okay. No today they put coffee in my tea latte. It was disgusting and when I drove the ten minutes back they even offered for me to keep the awful beverage. This team is broken. And I rarely complain about it to them as I don't expect much in drive thru... But this is beyond bad service. I'm more shocked when it's actually delicious from this location.
This tim hortons is a nightmare. They ever get the order correct. The staff is always rushing in the drive-thru.nnMost importantly, always check your portion size!! They are extremely cheap and do not honor what your paying for.
