Latte was first made iced , i don't t drink anything iced and they blamed me for ordering wrong. My Latte was still incorrect and the lady barked at me saying she made it right. We'll stick to starbucks. If that lady was the manager she needs to learn to deescalate a situation and make an 8$ Latte right. Customer service was horrible even the people behind me looked disgusted in her behavior. I am sick of the bad Customer service across the board at Tim's. If you can NOT handle what starbucks does don't try to imitate them! Attached is a photo after I took a drink and felt the chunks from it separating after her solution was to rudely stir in caramel. The chunks are because it was all separated and stirred.
bought a bagel asked for extra cream cheese which they claim is 2 scoops the assistant manager leanne assured me it was too it definitely wasn’t and told me if i had a problem don’t come back very rude service
It was perfect service...it was at a quiet time but not at the drive thru & still the service inside didn't suffer.
Ordered breakfast for family got 4 donuts instead of breakfast unfortunately no one eats donuts and certainty don’t want the kids eating that for breakfast. We drove 25min return and we were offered 2 free coffees and the breakfast we didn’t get if we drove another 25 min to go back the cost of fuel alone certainly exceeds that not counting our time. This review is posted as a result of not caring about clients who were wrongly served. We love Tim Horton and it’s unfortunate this happened. Perhaps management could make changes to appropriately care for its loyal clients as this experience made us feel that profits are priority.
It was a short stop in our road trip, to have some traditional TIM'S coffee and snacks.nnWhat I loved was how all the people in the small town were connected with each other by A TIM'S coffee.nnFood was OK no issues experienced as some of the comments state for this place.
