Atmosphere was good but the worst cream cheese bagel. I ordered herb cream cheese beagel, neither it tasted herb nor cheesy. Amount of cream cheese was the lowest in my life I had at any tim hortons. Very dry.

I also appreciated how fast the service was — ideal for a quick stop before starting the day. Seating was comfortable, and the store felt well maintained.

Great experience overall! The service was fast and accurate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable service and a welcoming team.
I was very disappointed with the service at the drive-thru. The staff member was quite rude when I asked for some basic changes to my order. If the changes I requested couldn’t be fulfilled, that’s completely okay—just politely let me know. Instead, the response came off as rude and made the situation feel awkward. Customer service should be respectful and understanding, especially when handling simple requests. Not a good experience.
