The breakfast at Tim Hortons is consistently fresh, well prepared, and served quickly. The staff are efficient, courteous, and make the morning experience smooth and enjoyable. A reliable stop for great food and great service.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service.nThe staff here have no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. When I followed up about my online order, one of the employees actually told me she “doesn’t know how to read an order number.” That alone says everything about the level of service.nnMy order was already prepared, yet I was left waiting almost 15 minutes while the staff walked around looking “busy” but doing absolutely nothing. They didn’t ask for my name, my order number, or even acknowledge that I was standing there—unless I repeatedly tried to get their attention.nnIt genuinely feels like the employees dislike their customers and have zero interest in doing their jobs. At the very least, they should act like they’re working.nnThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and people need to be aware before choosing this locations.
For brunch I got a Bacon breakfast sandwich, steep tea, white coco with expresso, BLT & 2 doughnuts for $21, not bad at all!! The food was delicious! I customized my order on the app and my food was perfect I do wish there was a tad less sauce but that’s okay!
Labour Day long weekend, went to get a coffee... and the donuts where just covered in bees and hornets.nI took a picture for proof that shows 3 bees.nThere must have been 10 bees stuck in the icings. They swarm and land in the garage then land on the donuts... Nasty.
Unbelievable, I was manager for Tim Hortons for 15 years, only left a couple r years ago, over my dead body would I refuse to give any reasonable request of sugar packets on the side to a customer especially per coffee ! Got 2 XL Triple Triples asked for 10 packets of sugar on the side because I know as a manger you can’t always trust the sugar machine is calibrated or even full when making a beverage and trusting good what intelligent human being you guys decided to hire that day ! They said they would only give 3 packets of sugar on the side to a PAYING CUSTOMER!! Get your heads straight around here lindsay ! I would bend over backwards for my customers ! Oh, and if you’re worried about your inventory stock, maybe teach your employees how to punch in on side 10 sugar or on side 10 cream whatever the us timer wants, that’s how it works!nnA few months I purchasing 12 muffins, which form come cheap at Tim Hortons anymore ! I also asked is they could exchange me my $25 cash for a roll of loonies and was refused by the manager up in the Whitney town centre say they were not allowed to that ! I asked if she if she even did her deposit yet or has an extra roll in the back but the answer was just we an aren’t allowed to do that, I did that anytime I could for my customers even if they wernt a regular ! It’s called going above and beyond for your customers people ! What kind of owners are running these stores ! You should all be ashamed of yourselves ! And I get that part of town you might have some customers that try and take advantage of you, but from my experience you should know who those customers are, if it’s the regulars pulling a “stunt” or not; The employees should know when people are trying to take advantage of them and who isn’t and if you are a paying customer You are allowed to ask for as many cream milk, sugar on the side as you like, your million dollar owners telling their to stop being great servers and be as cheap as possible in your stores is disgusting customer service !
