Unfortunately another Timmie’s ruined by new ownership. Focused on profits rather than food safety or actually having a successful restaurant. Once all the original staff have been slowly removed from the schedule the coffee now tastes like muddy, dirty coffee machines.nnI will not be returning
Absolutely horrendous service, waited 15 min in store for a breakfast wrap combo and a sausage on biscuit combo while they were continuously making people’s coffee and not my food orders and before you say maybe they were waiting in fresh food well they weren’t. After finally making food they left it on counter behind them and when I asked what’s going on the wmployeee says I still have to wait 4 min later she then proceeded to walk up to a bag already sealed and been sitting their and proceeded to give me that one. Would not recommend this Tim Hortons to absolutely anyone
It's a pretty good place early in the morning.nAs the day progresses it gets exceptionally worse. The staff seem to be a little disorganized . However the location brings in a lot of riff raff so it lowers the overall atmosphere and slows down customer service.
Nice staff, good food and coffee. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Stunk like an outhouse, pee on the floors, no soap in the dispenser, and out of toilet paper. Considering this locating uses a code for the door, I'm not sure what their excuse is.
Customer service is very good here especially the manager with blonde hair she's very friendly owner should see her hard work and appreciate it.nemployees in morning are the definition of good customer service and hard work.nNeed more people like them around the world.
