Unfortunately, the service at this location has continued to decline. I opted to stop mid-morning for a couple drinks & a couple muffins after avoiding this location for the past 2+ years.nThe service was abysmal. From the extremely slow speed and long wait, to the depressing demeanour of the staff. There were no greetings to anyone when called to the till for ordering, no confirmation or acknowledgement of orders, just a blank stare. The overall atmosphere is unhappy, stressed, and depressed.nI hope at some point in the future this location becomes a nicer place to visit with better, faster service.
Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too!!nMikaela and another girl working the sandwich station were extremely slow!!! Hire better people that are fast pacednnI got the wrong sandwichnShouldn't be waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich that was wrongnnTerrible service
Very slow service. The front cash staff, don’t seem eager to help people standing in line. I think they concentrate on the drive through, and deprioritize the customers inside. The place is clean and spacious, and the parking lot is convenient. Overall an okay location.
The drive thru wait times have significantly increased at lunch hour over the past couple of months. Leading to long wait times averaging 20 mins and longer when the line has a few cars in it.
Everything about this Tim's is pretty damn good. The odd time you get someone who doesn't know how to make your order. For example I've gotten roast beef craveables that were made with lettuce for some reason or iced Capps that had little to no cream in it. The only other negative thing I could say is that they seem to run out of a lot of their breakfast items during breakfast. It can be a little frustrating to not be able to order anything with eggs, sausage, bacon or hash browns during breakfast at a place that is breakfast oriented.
