First time in Canada and have always heard about Tim Hortons. So I had to give it a try. We got donuts, donuts holes Timbits, coffee, and bagels. The full spread. It was very good and the coffee was delicious! Definitely a fun spot to visit. The floors were a little dirty but not crazy. A customer could have spilled something recently which I'll give the staff the benefit of the doubt on. The service was very nice!

Tim Hortons is worth all the hype. We got two combo meals that included a breakfast sandwich, coffee, and a donut $15USD! Very affordable.
Always understaffed and super busy. The staff take all the time in the world to even acknowledge that you’re waiting in line and when they do it’s horrible customer service. They cross contaminate and don’t wear gloves when making food and are always out of everything. Tim’s used to be a Canadian classic but has gone way down hill in the past couple years, would much rather spend more money for a drink at Starbucks due to their better customer service and quality.
