This Tim's is just going so down hill...nOrdered a bagel with cream cheese, I got one with butter no big deal, I ate it what blew my mind was this donut. It was so wet and unedible.. I don't know how any staff could service that to someone. That staff at this location doesn't care what goes out anymore.
It was a good visit. Sandwich was a bit messy, but considering how busy it was, and how fast the service was, it isn’t too bad. Overall great experience. The paper coffee lids, they gotta go though, they are terrible. I recommend buying or taking a reusable cup with you.
I went to Tim Hortons this morning to grab some breakfast and asked if they had anything without eggs since I’m allergic. The employee wasn’t sure, so he asked someone else, who I think was the manager. Instead of just telling me they didn’t have anything or that they were busy, she rudely told me to “read the Tim Hortons guidelines.” It made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how customers should be treated, and this felt wrong, almost like I was being singled out for something else. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would, but I’ll settle for one. Definitely not going back to that location again.
Customer service is bad I waited there for almost 8 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me or said hi. It wasn’t that busy they were all doing the drive thru not paying attention at the front. The supervisor Caroline who works in the evening saw me standing there but completely ignored me. She really don't know how to do the job.
Friendly staff, quick service, and a decent amount of seating. Not too many people dining in, so space to sit down and enjoy your purchase.nnOverall it is the same Time products you'll find anywhere else. We went to try the new specialty donuts- a lot of them have a nostalgic betty-crocker type icing now.nnI liked the layout of this location, and it is easy to access from both streets it sits on the corner of.
