Someone there named Krista has always been kind and knows how to treat customers. They have wonderful employees. Just a good local coffee shop. The company in general needs to being back the pb and chocolate chunk cookies. And the Canadian maple. It may be American owned but it's a Canadian brand.
The food here has severely gone downhill to the point it's barely edible, coffee either taste like hot water or burnt and sometimes like chemicals. Drive thru staff constantly are rude and try to short change you. Used to come here every morning but don't think I'll be back.
Went in 2 lines 2 tills, waited my turn, person fromt the other line cut infront of me when it was my turn. Then ordered my 2 Beverages, my hot chocolate was just hot water with cream, and my iced coffee was made entirely wrong and tasted horrible. Had to dump them both out. Will NEVER be back!
Staff that argues about orders. Will charge you for things but not give them to you and never gives out receipt. Very bad spot
Your South Albion Street Location staff are rude on drive threw hard to understand and most of all ask for a certain donut and rudly told we discontinued the sugar donuts I believe it's lazy staff not wanting to put sugar on them also advertising something you don't have your walnut crunch Tim Hortons founder is probably turning over in his grave your company is going down hill fast
