Paid $5 for a latte and didn't notice until I got home it was only 2/3 full.. atleast the one in oyster bay fills their drinks all the way. No I didn't drink any because I know it's always scolding hot.. Just sad
Unfortunately my only demise about your restaurant is that your lack of disrespect for elders, today at 530 pm on Monday June 8th I am currently watching an 70 year old elder barely able to do the floors. But you have kids behind the counter doing the easy work. What's wrong with this picture?!!!!!!nYour lack of respect for the Ladysmith elders is appalling and right out disgusting. Get your priorities straight. This is absolutely disrespectful and appalling to me. My elders in my community should not be disrespected like that. Give your head a shake manager!!!!!!
Waited10 mins for a breakfast wrap and bagel and it wasn’t even what I asked fornI asked for a farmers breakfast wrap and received a regular wrap with no meat in it !?nAnd the bagal I ordered wasn’t what I asked for was a plan with butter I asked for an everything bagel double toasted with cream cheese ?? Please do better ! Tim’s employees it’s sad this used to be my favourite place to go but now a days when ever I order it’s always wrong …
Very calm atmosphere in the morning. Food and drinks made quickly, lively staff. A great morning routine for a coffee hangout.
Okay so here’s the deal… first, I would like to say that the man’s fingernails that took our order were absolutely disgusting. I’m talking horrid vile dirt filled nastiness, like I’m pretty sure he didn’t wash his hands. Secondly, there were no Oreo ice caps, which would be fine, but I was a little upset. Then to top it off I get a cookie, I wait to eat the cookie till I get home, I cracked the cookie in half, like I break it. I hear some real good sounds that come with like a really soft luxurious amazing cookie. I take a bite and it’s RAW. I’m talking salmonella, raw egg, disease, raw cookie also basically got fat shamed because when I ordered a doughnut, he asked if I wanted a timbit instead, and I had to clarify that I wanted a doughnut that didn’t make me feel good as a teenage girl and then he gave me two bags instead of one without asking me which not only is intentionally making me look huge, but also is just generally a waste of paper. trees are very important for our environment and you’re wasting paper by giving somebody two bags when they only need one so I would really like it if this all was considered and you baked your cookies more.
