Why is it so hard for you guys to make a single order properly. Used to enjoy going to Tim's. Now I just show up for my daily disappointment. I order, and they punch in the order correctly, as I can see it on the screen. So why is it always, ALWAYS, made wrong. And now for the price of a beverage at Tim's, to be made wrong!? Might as well go to Starbucks, at least it'll be made correctly.
I have never ever been in a Tim Hortons who's men's washroom was utterly disgusting that's putting it mildly. The urinal was covered with a garbage bag . The toilet was overflowing with dissolved feces. The kitchen is less than from the door. Need I say anything moreFood: 3/5
The worst customer service I have ever received at a Tim Hortons drive through. Apparently we ordered incorrectly and were berated by some young woman who proceeded to explain to me how to order. No worries I will not return and order incorrectly.Service: 1/5
Today I went to this Tim Horton's where I could not keep up with the menu it did not stay still for less than 10 seconds for me to be able to read the items all it did was advertised a sandwich across four large screen TVs where I couldn't even read aboat sandwiches bagels or wraps completely disappointed I walked out in the middle of ordering. The waitress asked me what I wanted and she would help me well that's why you have a menu sweetheart that's all I pick what I want. I will not be back worst selection for menu in all of Kingsville and all of my reviews. This is absolutely sickening we're a huge company wants to advertise one product across all of their TVs sorry for your luck you lost a customer for life

This one is far better than the one on Divison Rd. Staff are attentive and prompt and they have a full dislpay counter
