Came here to pick up a flat white and a maple and caramel donut before a screening of the new Mission Impossible film. Ordered via the screens. The service felt like a bit long, but we came at a busy time. Flat white was good and donut was absolutely delicious. Seating area looks really nice. If I'm in Park Royal, I'll visit again Food: 4/5
I work weekends nearby and always go to McDonald for breakfast and today I needed something different so I found this restaurant but I realised that its actually very similar then McDonald. The only difference is that Tim Hortons has a more extended menu with more choices The taste isn’t that bad, its a fast food restaurant you can’t expect anything more, the prices are correct for what you get. They aren’t anymore expensive than McDonald Will definitely come back and try something different. Kid-friendliness: Nice place for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Great access for wheelchairs users
Been visiting for just under a year. Didn’t go on opening day, to busy. Dark roast coffee is good hot aside from breakfast won’t compete with McDs thus average. Donuts are nice and of course TimBits are great. Service is hit and miss but they are ok. Prices are average but no real deals. Happy we have one but I believe the Canadian one is different.
Food is really good quality, but little improvement is needed as fried are too hard and doesn't seem to be given fresh. The environment is cosy and relaxing. Staff needs to be a little more friendly and smiling.Food: 4/5
SO GOOD! I had never heard of Tim Hortons before but we passed by and saw how packed it was, so we decided to give it a go. I'm so glad we did. The grilled cheese is AMAZING and I've been craving it constantly since having it! Full of cheese - hard to believe with the quality you get that it's a drive thru fast food restaurant. It has reasonable prices and the drive-thru is fairly quick to go through. They also have a large selection of donuts that looked very good, but we haven't tried them yet definitely will be trying them soon though. Vegetarian options: As stated in the review, they have multiple vegetarian options but the grilled cheese/cheese toasty is AMAZING. If you're a cheese lover like me, this is the toasty for you!
To think a halal KFC was a stones throw away and even that got shut down. At least with KFC you received true value for money and in return you recouped incentives. Firstly, Tim Horton's is way too overpriced and overrated. Too much publicity and hype. Initially, I thought the menus were appealing and they may be onto something. Little did I know the attention they gave was undeserving of Tim Horton's. As part of my meal, the lettuce fries portions I was served were shockingly small. It was literally a handful's worth. Drink was in a bottle that I could've picked up at a supermarket for even less. Customer staff were not very customer-friendly. Staff seemed too rigid and not as hospitable. The breakfast menu is a knock-off from Mcdonald's. This brand is not coming up with anything new. I think McD's might have inspired them too much. It seems like every item is being rebranded with a 'Tim Horton's' logo. The hygiene standard in the toilet was unacceptable. The only positives are that it serves halal food and the seating is quite chill. This brand needs to SERIOUSLY revise its price and portion sizes. They are very tight on the portions, so expect to be severely disappointed. I call for a boycott. Let others know their money is best spent elsewhere. No value for money at this dump. You're paying to be ripped off, and the joke is at your expense. Literally. Only until we collectively boycott will it seal the fate of Tim Horton's. I would gently and humbly advise people to go to KFC in Hanger Lane. This is the closest restaurant that you will receive generosity, both in terms of portion sizes and value for money.
Really good selection of drinks and food. We got Tim Bits which was delicious, and the drinks really hit the spot! One of our orders were wrong but the gentleman at the kiosk happily amended our order without a problem!Food: 5/5
8.95/10 First time popping into Tim hortons far as i can recall, Fate randomly brought me to park royal, i am never here even tho ive driven past it a million times, The location is decent enough and i can see that these 24 hour drives through woll be super useful, Tims seems to be an odd mix of trying to be a macd and a Starbucks, One thing is for sure tims has far better customer service compared to the aforementioned establishments, Staff full 10/10 Went for the mocha with whipped cream, They don't seem to be stingy with the whipped cream either, The lattice fries was a very good price point And with the "meal deal" the cheese toast wasn't a bad overall combo, Didn't damage the wallet too much, Branch was very clean and tidy even tho they had a youth problem, They even bribed me with some timbits lol Only thing that stopped from being full 5 stars 10/10, Music too loud, should be more background stuff, not overbearing, Maybe even lounge stuff
Tasty, fresh food First time trying Tim Hortons and will definitely be returning! The chicken crispy burger was very fresh, tasted homemade. Lattice fries were a perfect mix of crispy and soft, and the sauces provided complemented it wonderfully.
