I genuinely don’t rate Tim Hortons this bad as majority of time the experience is good. But this time it was pathetic, I ordered from drive through the guy asked me the question 5 times and later another one came on the phone and asked me the same questions. My food was cold even I asked them to make warm. Not at all acceptable
Stopped here on a Friday morning while camping at Sibbald Point PP to get breakfast and found the place very busy. This location has the same problem as other similar stores where they lack the staff and physical space to provide good service to in-store customers, choosing instead to prioritize the drive through. We waited quite a while to order, then had three different people trying to fill the order and they lost track of one of the items. The food and coffee were all standard quality. We enjoyed our farmer wraps. The inside was relatively clean.
The drive thru is always SO PACKED, its much better to just go in. They work very fast though, and ive never had trouble with the quality of drinks or foodsFood: 5/5
This location previously had a major staffing problem and so I stopped going to this location. This seems to be resolved. Everyone smiles and the team spirit seems much better. Had a London Fog and sandwich. London Fog was the best I've had to date and sandwich was perfect! My thanks to Sutton Dalton Rd. Team. Doing great!Food: 4/5
I have never seen a store where employees seem so lost with what they are doing. these employees are thrown to the field with no real training. Even without a lineup of customers, they seem to be drowning with small details even when there is no lineup. Made so many mistakes in just one order, a mess of a store. The one thing that I found very insulting, was that when I came back for something they forgot in my order, I asked the lady in the drive through to train their employees better because of these issues. she basically gave me her back, left me there talking alone and in a sarcastic tone told me to "have a nice" day. Horrible customer service, terrible service overall. There is no real management here.
Drive thru is usually pretty packed, but understandable in a small town that gets lots of visitors from around Toronto & the GTA. I've been going here for years, & the staff is always kind & the food has always been good. Shout out to the staff too, as I know they've dealt with quite a few rude customers in the past & they still kept it professional!
It is a blessing in this desert! Every where is closed around at weekend. lovely!
