I ordered Veggie lime wrap and found a-big piece of chicken in it . This is sooo insane and rude , I can not believe it . It about disrespecting someone’s religious beliefs either unknowingly. I understand sometimes you get tired and things happen but this kind of mix up is not what I expect !! I can’t even go back to show them as work about to start .
I went in the morning at around 9am. The place inside only had 7 clients. This client had ordered a meal with a large coffee. The cashier did not understand and charged him for a small. Instead of just handing him a large coffee, to serve others faster, they argued over and over. Finally, the manager comes with a rude and blunt attitude. Tells him she will reimburse the entire order and do it all over with a large coffee. I get it, it is the right way to do it. However, she was not polite or agreeable. She was dry and rude as whenever they make a mistake and have to fix it making the clients feel like it is their fault. This could have been easily solved by just giving him a large coffee. Then came my coffee, amongst 3 other coffees all with the label turned toward the kitchen not the customers. A man beside me touched every coffee to see which one was his. I asked to talk to the manager. The cashier says "yes"...but does not go get her. He barely acknowledges me. She comes to bring the other client his meal with a huge attitude. I asked her if she is the manager, and tell her that there is no one here, there was no reason to take so long with a client over a coffee. They could have solve this by just giving him a coffee and serve the other customers. I explained that the cashier called the orders very quietly and there was no way we could tell which order was which without touching them all. That she served those 2 other customers with rudeness and it was not necessary. She tells me to stop yelling, that it is rude. I was not yelling, I am loud naturally but was surely not yelling. Anyways, I tried over and over to give this place a chance cause there are good workers, but they need more staff, and they need some kind of course on customer service.
Jessy is doing a remarkable job. Please give him a raise. He's very polite, and does his best to serve customers. When it is busy, I see he needs help. 4 or 5 people in the back and he is doing it on his own in the front restaurant. I heard him ask for some help, but no one came to help him in the front when he was having trouble with the pay point. GREAT job Jessy, you are the best!! I WILL GIVE You high five!!
This is a great Tim Hortons location for drive thru, always efficient, orders are always correct, staff are friendly, line moves quickly. However, the inside front counter is designed in such a way that when the cashier has no customers and goes to assist with drive thru orders, constantly I find that I'm left waiting for a good 4 minutes before they finally see me standing there. The orders are made perfect which kind of makes up for it. The dining area and restrooms are clean and sparkling and there are comfy window seats available. All in all it's a good timmies, it's brand new as well.
It's annoying that this location will put more focus on mobile orders rather than people who are waiting in line. If I've been waiting 20 minutes for the 4 people ahead of me to be served because the person is spending more time doing mobile orders, then yes, when I finally get a chance to order only to watch the person make another pot of coffee and then grab a long receipt from the mobile orders and tell me it will be one moment, then I do get upset and walk out. People who actually enter the building prior to 8 are probably doing so with the intentions of getting their order and being able to get to work on time. There needs to be someone dedicated to the mobile orders and someone dedicated to the front cash. I understand that we are in a society where we are trying to get rid of front cash positions with self serve kiosks and mobile apps, but when customer service is sacrificed just to accomplish that, it's gross. Edit Additional Feedback as requested: This happens almost every time I go into this location. There is often a lineup, and people that come in after us can use the kiosk and get their orders in higher priority than those in line. That's fine if you want the basic menu, any changed though requires a real person to speak to, and it's being made more and more obvious that the intention is to do away with having to staff the front counter. Furthermore, since you asked. The lady that is at the drive through window is often sour towards the customers and doesn't listen to them, only repeats the same thing "Paying debit or cash?" regardless of what you say, she will try to hand out the debit machine. Many times she's distracted by conversations inside and will end up holding your order just out of reach until she realizes she hasn't actually handed it to you. It takes approximately 6 minutes to get to Blackfalds from Lacombe, it's worth every minute to go there rather than this location.
Timmies is sliding down hill a bit and this week was no exception. English muffin not toasted on egg Sammie and muffin cut diagonally with contents all over. Coffee as well has been tasting old and not fresh. Guarantee was that every pot was never more than 20 mins old. Might want a refresher on what made this place great. Lastly the drive thru. Sigh. Blackfalds decent. Lacombe …???!!! Between the two locations Blackfalds is very consistent. We support both even through these times.
The lady in the drive through window was extremely rude as I payed in cash and was putting the change in my purse and she basically told me to leave right away, not the best service as I would rather go somewhere that has good service. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I have been to ever as she can not even fake a smile while serving you.
Tim Hortons location undoubtedly ranks among the finest I've experienced. It outshines even the Tim Hortons establishments in British Columbia with its exceptional customer service and impressively swift service for both food and beverages. The staff's efficiency and friendliness here are unparalleled in my Tim Hortons encounters. Kudos for a job well done!
The worst tims I have ever been to. First off they had no bacon cooked for a turkey bacon sandwich and didn't give an option to wait just Said oh we don't have any only to see the tray go across to the prepping area. Also ordered a large roast beef and cedar sandwich only to be told they didn't have any large buns. That'd fine but any other Tims I have been to would have charged for a large and used two regular buns to keep the customer happy not even offered that. Got 3/4 of the food had 1 coffee left to be served and got to watch it be half ways finished then put on hold for the mobile app orders that rolled in after our to be done. After we got the order and got on the road again I went to take a bite and was so disgusted we had to pull over and take a picture. Both sandwiches were on VERY burnt buns mine had maybe two slices of roast beef and the two doughnuts were put into the same bag one a canadian maple the other was a sour creme glazed doughnut. And the sour cream one was put on top of the maple one so half the maple glaze was on the sour creme doughnut. Extremely disgusted by the service and the food at this place. I have also never seen staff move as slow as this staff did however it comes as no surprise as there was NO manager on shift.
We went threw the drive thru for 2 drinks and 2 bagels. First time ever in a Tim Hortons we were asked to pull to the side. They forgot to make the bagels. We waited then my hubby went inside to find out where are food was....no one would acknowledge he was there saying "excuse me!". Finally he just came back to the vehicle. 15mins later they brought them out....cold and were not cut in half. Terrible service and the owner doesn't care. This franchise is not up to standards. Maybe the franchise owners should step in.
