What a joke. My friend asked if I wanted anything an she came back with this ice cap an that is all the whip they put on it.Food: 1/5
When we arrived, there was someone in mid-order at the counter. When it was our turn, we moved up a bit and waited, but when the guy arrived, he was like "yeah???" In a very blunt manner and with no friendliness in his expression, instead of 'hello'. So we ordered and waited for our pick-up, but we waited for about 10 mins for our order, even though the only people who ordered ahead of us were 2 people with few items. They seemed to concentrate on many cars in the drive-through before getting back to us, rather than filling orders chronologically. The next time I tried them again, we had many communication issues. I saw the savory cheese pastry in the display, but it didn't have a label and I forgot the name of it, so I pointed to it and asked for the "savory cheese pastry in the top row". They responded with a very heavy accent that I wasn't able to hear, and so I tried to apologetically say, "I'm sorry?" And they kept thinking I meant the donut, but I kept trying to convey "savory cheese and herb, on the top row" We cleared it up after about 3 tries, and then I asked for a couple parfaits, since this was about breakfast time still. He was like "what!?" In a incredulous yet blank tone and expression, so I tried to say "parfait" again. He looked like he had zero clue about what it meant after about 2 or 3 tries, then a female coworker gave him a friendly grin/inner laughter and said 'OK let me do this'. So she asked what I needed, and I asked for a few parfaits, and she said, "what's in it?", so I mentioned that it's yogurt, berries, and granola". And she said "that's a smoothie", and I tried to mention that it isn't a drink, it's yogurt. She asked what's in it again, and I said yogurt, berries and granola. And she told me that's a smoothie. I tried to explain that it wasn't a type drink, that it was a food, so she said ok, and went to ask/ or explain to the other lady near the drive-through. They both came back, and the new lady said "that's a smoothie.." I told her it wasn't a drink, it was a food, a yogurt. And that's when they finally mentioned they don't have anything like that there. I didn't realize some locations don't carry it, because I'm from out of town, and all locations I've ever been to in my town as well as other towns, have carried parfaits. I thought that they were just confusing it with something else the entire time. So I ordered something else, and we moved to the side counter to wait to take it away. The original male stood nearby on that side because there were coffee items there that he was preparing for others and he had a very odd demeanor while we stood nearby, as though he were seething and angry about us being there. Throughout this entire thing I didn't state anything rude, and didn't outwardly complain about any items not available in a difficult manner, I didn't linger in anything that went wrong, I didnt even breathe out exhaustively on both visits and tried to explain the best I could and didn't feel like I deserved to be made to feel like a criminal that insulted everyone around me. The lady asked if we needed a bag, and I said "ok yes please", she said something to the man that I didnt understand, and he grabbed the bag and threw it on the counter with attitude and turned his body away again without saying anything or looking at us, and still looked mad. Not returning, and not recommending this location to anyone I know. It was a very odd and rude and slow visit every time I tried.
Terrible experience here in Terrace. They never Greet. I have never seen a smile on their face. Lack of professionalism. Never get whatever I pay for. Wraps are too expensive with very less quantity in it. Not even worth of $5. Never get fresh coffee and tea. Ridiculous place.Food: 1/5
This place is always my favourite to get my fresh tea. The service is very fast and people working there are very friendly and sweet. My overall experience is highly satisfied. Highly recommend place!Food: 5/5
I don’t know what is happening to the coffee every time this past week we have had really bad coffee I drink triple triple, not enough milk the coffee is strong almost a burnt taste sugar isn’t stirred or not enough put in, every morning and every night we have a Tim’s coffee I can honestly say we have been going to McDonald’s now for coffee. We literally spend 75 a week on coffee at Tim’s but I just can’t keep going back and waiting for them to fix my coffee. So now we are doing McDonald’s coffee. This Tim’s has always been the greatest coffee now it’s run down no staff cares at all about the product just hurry hurry hurry get the stuff out the window, for yrs we always had are regular girls on now it’s all new people that can’t speak English no wonder the orders are all screwed up then when you tell them it’s wrong they wave a hand out the window no fix go go next person. Please management do something about your product and tell your new staff to stop hurrying the customers through and get the orders right cause unfortunately we as the customers are not coming back and they soon won’t have jobs because this place is going down fast.
What a shameful excuse for a Tim Hortons. Poor customer service and horrible work ethic in general. The lack of professionalism offered by the employees at this location is abhorrent. Waited 10 minutes in store while I was the only one in line and had three employees stare at me. It's probably my least recommended Tim's location in all of Canada.
Coming here to work for my company. Travelling all the way from Saskatchewan, I expected the same consistency from my medium-par tim Hortons back home. Experience 1: walk in for coffee, and I get a burnt xl dark roast double double. Experience 2: drive through for coffee and breakfast wrap - wrap was good, but ended up getting some kind of overly sweet tea instead. Would've loved to have taken it back, but rather would've arrived on time for my work, which means I got to drink said disgusting tea beverage. I don't expect much from a fast food establishment in general, but when it comes just to the coffee, I can't believe how difficult it is to be consistent. So much for 15 minutes fresh on the coffee. I guess while I enjoy a hit beverage in Terrace, it'll be mcdonalds from now on. Ps. Update your drive through hours from your supposed 24/7 to being closed when the store is closed. No sense disappointing me at 3am as well. EDIT: In reply to the generic "let us make this right" corporate reply, the best way you can make this right, is to figure out what the issues are with this franchise location, and just fix it. I shouldn't have to tell you, how you can make this right, and I'm not going to go further into depth in my explanation of the issues, as I've been nothing but clear.
The service is top-notch,the staff are passionate about their craft, and it shows in every cup they serve.I love the welcoming vibe of this place
Terrible experiences here in Terrace!! If you pay with cash, never pay for your purchase without getting the receipt at the drive through window!! The employees will over charge you!! They won't put the money in the till, but into their own pockets!! Both Tim Hortons in Terrace do this!!
I really like customer service at Tim Hortons. Manager and other staff members were really nice. They were so polite and kindFood: 5/5
