I ended up having a whole large tea  that was extremely hot spill over my jeans and shawl. If I had anything on other than my jeans I probably would have been burned. No body asked if I was ok or if they could help in anyway.  
What happened was you hot water is was to hot. So I have to take the cover off on order to be able to drink it while I am still there.
The only thing your staff did was ask if I would like another tea. 5 minutes later of one of the younger staff members came over with a mop and was supposed to be cleaning up the mess. But they had left so much water in the mop all she was doing was making a bigger mess.

You'll definitely leave happy from this Tim Hortons. Very friendly and fast service. The workers are super nice.

Its okay.  Tim Hortons has seemed to lose its edge it once had.  The service is ordinary as is the coffee
