If I could give zero stars I would. When ordered 2 breakfast Sandwiches one with no cheese I got “oh my god , aren’t people getting picky these days” rude staff complaining about doing their jobs is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Unfriendly environment and do NOT recommend wasting your money on a place like this. Management seems to be nonexistent
Whoever was working on Sunday, May 21st @12pm. We could hear you making fun of us and our order. I hope this will be corrected. You should not employ people who talk/act like this. Multiple times we have overheard the employees talking and laughing about sending out wrong orders. But they want a pay raise?? make my bagel right first lol
gave me the wrong order 2 days in a row. When I returned and let them know they were rude to me like it was my fault. They also demanded the old food back through the drive thru window, I believe this is in violation of heath codes. Free breakfast for the employees? I recommend getting your coffee somewhere else

Dirtiest washrooms ever seen. No cleanliness in the dinning area as well. Have to think again about getting anything from here; finally, stepped out getting a coffee out of courtesy
Yesterday afternoon I ordered a bagel & medium coffee, I said 2 milk & no sugar on the drive thru, the crew answered me back that you don’t need to say “no sugar”. I’ve always said that when I order coffee & this is the first time someone said it to me like that. When I reached the counter to pay she repeated it again that no need to say no sugar and don’t worry there’s no sugar in there. I didn’t say anything as I was already pissed off by the crew’sold lady attitude! Then I waited for my bagel & another crew handed me the bagel & just said “here it is” with no napkins and no thank yous or whatsoever and rush back to her spot. I will never buy ever again in this coffee shop!
They are the friendliest staff here. I am so impressed with their customer service. The best Timmy's I have ever been to.
Super disappointed that the food orders are never correct, the B in bagel belt stands for bacon not sausage. Some of us can't eat sausage and don't have the time to go back to the store to have it corrected.
