Usually i stop here every day, i noticed there mobile order is not working since last year. I tried to contact the support team there, but they just said will fix it.Till now mobile order service is not available here. Mobile order is very convenient and fast service that saves 10-15 minutes every time. I believe you will resume this. Customer service is extremely great.
Awful service! The girl who took the order was so mean. I ordered an iced coffee MEDIUM size without ice. And this is what I gotsee the picture I never experienced such a thing in other Tim Hortons locations. Such actions show only unprofessional and low-quality Tim Hortons. Will the Tim Horton’s employee eat this for 10$. Tim Horton’s it’s high time that u teach ur employees How to serve LETTUCE in Cilantro bowl. Or else get their eyes checked before hiring.
the worst establishment I've ever visited. Workers are slow and rude. Placed a simple order of a chicken wrap that would be ready in 2 mins at any other location but took more than 20 here. Nothing at Tim Hortons takes 20 minutes to make. Eventually, they told us something doesn't work and they can't make it a wrap, so it has to be a bowl. What we received was cold and absolutely impossible to eat, and I ended up throwing it out. Overall, terrible service and food. Extremely disappointed.
Lady with red hair that’s working RIGHT NOW needs help. She’s obviously a VERY hard person to work with and the wait time was crazy and guess what she was doing!!! The floor!!! Other lady wanted her to help but NO!!!
Don't believe them when they say that they have no food. I got my sandwich after I questioned the legitimacy And speaking foreign language outside the 2 official languages of Canada English and French. Very rude!!! After reading MANY bad reviews in a row. At what point does the manager look at this and does something/ do their job of managing and running a business?! Maybe the problem is the manager ‍ UPDATE: Don't bother calling the 1 888 number. Is just making a formal complaint and getting your info. Google is your best option on getting the truth out
Its 11:30 on 22 july 2023, the lady in the kitchen was not wearing hair net, and was chewing bubble gum. I think If you are working in the kitchen, you need to train your employees the basic rules for the customer service as the kitchen is visible to the customers. There is big line up and i am waiting here in the line since half an hr and still not served yet.
poor Kent working all by himself well the 2 older ladies just yap away. I've never seen a slower moving line in my life. when I got to the counter I couldn't even order I was so disgusted with the Flys everywhere.Food: 1/5
Ok first of all there more flys flying than in my yard like no joke 20. Place should be closed down and investigated before someone gets sick. My first tim Horton in Canada might as well be my last.Food: 1/5
