Staff are friendly, and conveniently located, but that's all the good I can say. Staff are not well trained, they don't know where menu items are on the POS system, they don't know what ingredients go on their sandwiches or so it would seem. The result is slow service, poor order accuracy, and lack of menu availability. Support one of the other local independent restaurants or coffee shops whenever you can, this place does not deserve your business.
This used to be a terrible franchised location, but the new owners completely turned it around! In the fall I used to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and would frequently leave the line up; eventually I just stopped going. Over the last couple months I have been so impressed with the new management. Thanks for saving one of the only Tim’s in Eastman!
This has got to be the worst Tim's I've ever been to and I've been going to this place for over a year. Staff is quite abrupt and rude. They make you wait at the intercom for your whole order for what is the most obvious padding of drive thru stats I've seen. If there was another Tim's closer than 40 minutes away, I'd make the drive. This place is awful.
Bad service. Once i bought a french vanilla for my colleague. The drink was half full after paying for a large. I bought a bowl of chilli and that bowl was half full as well. Its like these folks dont care at all after taking your money. Ive got into the habbit of checking my drink right away after.i take an order from them to see if its actually half full and ive told others to do the same. Another time I ordered a large bowl of chilli and i got a loaded chilli bowl. Then they would insist thats what I ordered when infact they cant understand what is said through the drive through speakers. I can guarantee you that if another tim hortons came out with a better service this place would lose its business and shut down in a month thats how bad the service is.
Place was dirty. Tables were filthy. Bathrooms were disgusting. The guy taking our order was slower then molasses. The staff seemed more concerned with speed at drive thru then in store.Food: 3/5
Very unimpressed. Told to pull to the front for our wedges, which we assumed would be done relatively soon, maybe 5 minutes. Waited over 15 minutes for them, went inside. Brought this up to staff and waited inside for about 5 minutes. During this time they brought them out to my friend in the car, left me waiting inside and just ignored me! Went up to the front again and they just seemed so annoyed by me even asking what was going on with the wedges.
Absolutely the worse Tim Hortons I have ever visited…took forever to place order as the staff didn’t understand and had to ask with everything I ordered…after that took 20 minutes to receive order which was not what I ordered…half of it was wrong or not the right amount…will never ever go there again! Worse 69 bucks I ever spent
I had the worst experience at this restaurant today. I ordered chili n they didnt have any available. Tried to order a simple sandwich n didnt have the buns available. There was not any effort to satisfy my needs. I waited for chili they were to run it out when available. After 35 minutes i went in to check if available was ready and no attempt or care to run out to me. Worst experience ever. Lack of interest and absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Unsatisfied and not happy Dietary restrictions: None
Good service using the drive-thru. A nice and convenient place to stop in for some fresh coffee while delivering our Yurkowski Family Farm raw clover honey!Food: 5/5
No grilled chicken, no bacon, no rice. Quick service however, I was handed a sandwich with too much mayo and the wrapper/ bun was very greasy to touch. No paper bag given to go. Took a nice photo though..
