I like it because it's Tim Hortons in England but service here was quite poor tbh. Arrived and went straight to the counter to order was told to order on the screens despite cashier not seeming busy. Waited quite a long time for my order which was Hot chocolate orange, and Rudolph donut. Donuts was nice, but 'Hot' chocolate orange arrived as an ice drink?? It was actually really nice though so didn't complain, just wasn't what I ordered
1st time here, I have to say, it's nothing special. Burger had too much Mustard in, so I swap for my boyfriend's hot dog. Tables/Chairs still had crbs in them from the previous dinners. I thought some of the tables/chairs, were too low, it's like at home with your sofa and coffee table, not ideal for a dinner. Any how, go and try as we all have different pallets/tastes.
The prices are too high for a donut you have to pay almost £3, coffee is also for the same price. The place was not very clean .. The sofas are stained which is very unsightly. I didn't notice there was a customer toilet but I'm not saying there is either However, the coffee I ordered was really tasty, the milk wasn't burnt like in some places. And the mini donuts were really tasty although you don't really know which donut is what flavor. I will definitely come back to try other things because they look really tasty and you can see that everything is fresh. There is also a big plus for the fact that you do not have to queue at the tills to order something, but you can do it yourself at the screens.
What a big surprise to find Canada's famous coffee and doughnut store in England! Going for your "Tim Hortons" is part of everyday life across Canada. And there is good reason for that as they make great doughnuts! It was nice to get my sugar rush from their delicious Tim Bits mini assorted doughnuts. The star mark down was due to the lack of organisation at the front but it was really busy overall my chicken sandwich was decent and the family loved the donuts. #its Halal I double checked.
Excited to try Tim Hortons for the first time, I traveled to Milton Keynes to give it a go. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews! The burger was cold, dry and tasteless. As seen in the pictures, the cheese was struggling to melt on the burger. This is a big shame as I was recommended Tim Hortons from a friend who went to a branch in Wales. I will NOT be returning and I would advise anyone to not visit either, there is a McDonalds across the road which is fresh and hot.
Visit on 11/01/22 at 1745. Drive Thru. First time visit. Drive thru. One classic burger meal and one double bacon burger meal. It's got potential, but a let down on this occasion. Let's jump to the -ve's. Food was cold. Clearly had been sat around for a too long before being served. The cheese was wilting only and not at all melted. The lattice fries were very cold and were becoming rubbery from being under the lamp for do long. The bread buns were stale and had little integrity. They fell apart in the hands far too easily. The food in general felt like the restaurant was not getting enough custom and this was the consequence. Cardboard straws - although I support less plastic - fell apart far too easily. Over filled a very small bag. +Ve's Beef was good quality and you could taste it. Lettuce/tomato was very fresh and sauces were just right and tasted nice. It seems most drinks are an "Iced Cap" of some description, but very nice. Worth just going for the drinks alone. Staff friendly enough, but not over the top. All in all I hope it was a one off and just hit the place at the wrong time. It's got potential, just needs to up their game with serving hot food and buns that aren't stale!
Always serves a good breakfast to kick start a busy day. Staff anyways friendly and have a smile on their face. Price seemed to have gone up, but still better quality breakfast than the other big M.
This is a tasty place to eat at. Ordered the chicken sandwich burger, which was tasty and well served with brioche bun and good sauce and fresh salad. The waffle style fries saved the meal. Did feel very takeaway style burgers and low quality meat like maccies mayo chicken patty but it tasted complimentary with combo of everything together. Is a bit overly priced for what you get and which I was quite hungry after. Decent franchise and tasty shakes/doughnuts. Good interior and friendly environment inside.
Visited with a 3 year old. The ordering boards are clear and easy to use. Much of the seating is uncomfortable unless you manage to get a sofa. We had some timbits, tiny little donut bites that are expensive but in my opinion better than the full size donuts. Coffee was ok, better than it is in Canada.
Hot chocolate was a bit strong and the donut wasn't very fresh. It was in the evening but if you pay a lot for a single donut I think you reserve the right to expect it to be really good. Loos were not clean which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly and polite.
