Amazing Customer service and never had an issue with orders during my 2 months stay. Cleaning is up to standards and always warm welcoming staff. Excellent location to grab a warm drink before you head for your journey in any direction to bluffs, lakes, canoeing, hiking, trails, cliffs, islands, falls or a car pull stop. They also do exceptional parking stay over for RVs for a limited time.
Customer service is kind of ok. When I went there, one of manager or supervisor was shouting on associate which shows thier work culture. Instead of serving customers, they give more importance to chit chat and that's the reason for long que of customers in inside as well as drive through. Secondly, cleanliness and hygiene is not so good and I saw couple of employees hadn't wore mask which is really disappointing during this pandemic situation. Otherwise, they have good space for seating arrangement and good place for quick bite. They can make place more happening by putting some good paintings, some small plants.
Horrible slow cafe service morning of Oct 03. Around 8 workers huddled in the drive thru service area, but only two serving the long line inside! No one greets people in, nor make customers feel welcomed. Guess they don’t wanna be there serving us. They could even be throwing your order on your face if given the chance! I say if you really need to come here please don’t, just go on drive thru so you deal less with this awful service.
Hepworth Timmies. Sign on the door said it was closing at 6pm due to the storm. It was 4pm and they had the doors locked, only drive through opened. Many of us stuck there for a road closure and they wouldn't open to use the bathroom. Last time I stop here.Food: 1/5

I have seen many Tim Hortons that are badly run and few that are run so efficiently and with staff that seem to care. This was unusually fast and very good service. The lady I dealt with seemed to actually want to be there. This is a rare site, and was really wonderful to see!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff was extremely rude! Especially the kid taking our order, completely racist. If you are colored, then avoid at all costs.Food: 1/5
On Saturday, they close the store at 8:00pm and the store manager was so rude name Aditya, told to use Drive thru, I have to wait for 40 minutes. If I have a option for less than one star , I will. Please if someone can guide me to launch a complaint about his behavior at Tim Horton.
It is a regular occurrence to get my order incorrect when going using the drive through. Always check before you leave.Food: 2/5
There were about 10 cars in the drive through with the walk in line up out the door. We decided to wait in the drive through. It took 29 minutes from start to finish. The order taker apologized for the wait but come on! Many cars left the drive through and others turned around when they saw the in person line. Food was cold, grilled cheese was not melted. Very disappointing when our total was almost $30
