I gave cashier 3 dollars.for extra large coffee they never offered my change back. I most the time would let them keep it but he didn't even offer and they made me wrong coffee however that is a girl that works there not sure her name she is great I come at 630 am Monday to fridayFood: 4/5
Coffee taste burnt. Not as good as it use to be. I ordered a bagel toasted with butter. The bagle was toasted. Must have sat for a while. Got a big blob of butter that was not even melted. The bagel was cold. There not even trying anymoreFood: 1/5
We ordered 6 muffins, a bagel with cream cheese, 2 croissants with egg, and 2 large coffees. They only had 2 kinds of muffins available, we only got one coffee we got a second when we asked where the other was, and only one of the croissants was in the bag when we checked after hitting the road again. The coffee was the weakest coffee I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons; it tasted like they filled a nearly empty pot with hot water to stretch it out, mainly tasted of cream and sugar and we all for minimal cream and sugar in our coffees. The only thing that was decent was the bagel. Overall, very disappointing experience.
I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in years due to general poor quality and service but I recieved a gift card and decided to treat some friends to a free breakfast. I went inside to order and right off the start they gave me attitude for ordering 6 sandwiches at 530am on a sunday. Nothing was toasted properly, no effort put into these sandwiches just poorly slammed together and tossed in a bag. Hash browns were terrible. Stale and greasy. To top it off they didn't put any cream cheese on my bagel.... Just a dry bagel. Reaffirmed my dislike for this poor establishment.
I think this is the worst timmies I been to always get my order wrong been there many times and just bad service always in rush to get you out of drive thru even when not busy I order a Turkey sandwich they only put 1 slice of turkey

Great place to get my steeped tea in the morning! I have had one of the people taking orders call me by name, and sometimes they write my name and hearts on my drink!! I love seeing that!! Thank you Tim Hortons!!
Tim Hortons runs in the blood of any good Canadian. Every morning, you'll see a line up of Canadian faces in the drive-thru asking for a large double-double. This place truly encapsulates the Canadian spirit.
Absolutely terrible service! Order was wrong after waiting 24 minutes in the drive thru! I started in the drive thru at 10:40 ish..Shockingly was told.. NO ... I was waiting for breakfast, but they stopped serving breakfast.. like wow! So after the 20 minutes of waiting.. I had to get what I wasn't looking for.. and then when I went to eat.. lol it was the wrong food!
Terrible experience, one bathroom was out of order and the other one was was dirty , toilet paper on the floor , toilet paper holder wasn’t working and when my daughter went to wash her hands boiling hot water came out of the tap and she burned her hand . Our drinks were good but our pack of Timbits had a bunch of broken falling apart timbits . Will not be going there again.
