Bad customer service, they dont even deserve a star but since I have to click the star for the review and 1 is for the washroom...II bought 1m coffee and 1m french vanilla plus a dozen donuts so Ican use the washroom, few minutes ago but the sale associate dropped the box and what's funny was that he only changed the box not donuts...OMG I don't understand ,was it because of my color or he didn't know I saw him picking up the donuts either way he should know better .
Typical Tim Hortons face but this one is normally really busy with all the people going up north to Cottages or camping Etc. There is tons of parking and there is a drive-thru. Inside it has been made covid safe with dividers and distancing markers. Staff are friendly and everyone was wearing a mask!
Out of absolute desperation I grabbed a breakfast sandwich here while in Owen Sound. My husband gone a donut and a tea. TH has sure gone downhill over the years. The donuts are tiny and taste like cardboard, coffee I don't drink smells like a litterbox. Breakfast sandwich was passable but the egg was rubbery.Food: 1/5
Not much to say, I just stopped in to quickly use the washroom, and grab a tea. Seemed fine, the drive through always seems to be lined up, but it does move.Service: 5/5
I am absolutely horrified at how bad the service was. I waited 15 minutes to order and an additional 20 minutes for my food. And when we brought it up they said “Well you should have asked” as if it’s my responsibility. I can understand if they are doing their best but if that is their best, hire better people.
only Tim's for miles on my drive to the city on the direct route. Works well for a washroom break and is generally clean. Can be busy but to be expected.
Doesn’t even deserve a star. After driving for an hour and a half I decided it would be a good idea to to go threw the drive threw. That was a mistake I waited 35 minutes in the drive threw for a coffee. Asked if it was free for waiting so long. BUT I Still ended having to pay for it!! Never going there again!
Drinks were good, but a staff member refused to make our sandwiches and then decided to do it after realizing one of us used to work at Tim’s. She made it very wrong with just mayo and cheese. It was supposed to have ham and cheese… no mayonnaise at all. Very disappointing.
Disappointed. If I had wanted deli type meat would have gone to subway. Had the roast beef and crispy onion craveable. Not real roast beef. Only a micro amount of "crispy onions". Don't buy this sandwich. I've had the real thing at other tummies!!
Got a large soup and a small chilli.I was asked if I would like a bun with that,to my surprise the cheap as owner makes you pay extra for the buns that is suppose to come with the order.Harristons Tim Hortons is the only one that charges for the buns that is suppose to come with the soup and chilli.I wonder if the company that Owen the Tim Hortons name knows what this cheap scape is doing.I am very disappointed with the Harriston Tim Hortons.If I new how to get a hold of the people that bought out Tim Hortons I would let them know what these owners where doing in Harriston.Shame on them.
