Went around noon for a small coffee/snack pick-up. Thought drive through would be quick. We even used the app to circumvent the language barrier. We were wrong. Ended upwaiting for over half and hour. Also, no one spoke English. Attempting to talk through the machine was comedic as "mobile order" is the same on English or French but no one could understand. Eventually we got to the window, and the order had not even been prepared.
Always closed even thought they are suppose to be open from 5 am to 10pm.....yesterday at 7:30 pm they had closed already and this morning they aren't open yet even thought it says they open for 5am! Timhortons should either close this franchise or tell the owner to do something about it
Terrible location. Very very slow service and didn't have timbits. How doesn't a tim hortons not have any timbits???Food: 1/5
I would give it a higher rating for the location etc but it's not always consistent with the orders and how fast they serve you. I waited once for almost 20 minutes just to get some coffees and a donut when it wasn't even that busy. The owner was nice enough to give me a ticket for a free coffee when she finally served me and saw that I was frustrated that they forgot to even give it to me sooner.
Absolute worse. Service, speed, always something broken. Not sure if anyone manages this location at all..
Had to leave after waiting 15 minutes in line, a single customer having been served in that time. At least 6 employees were in the kitchen, all looking lost...
Had to attempt my order 3 times and they never got it right. I ordered a farmer's wrap. Went back a few days later and was told they no longer serve ice caps ??? Definitely not going back to this Tim's
Multiple error in my drive-thru order Tall 3/3 W expresso shot; BLT 2 meats 2 eggs; 2 toasts butter strawberry jam Toast was cold cause it took too long. Bagel had to be done twice, it too was cold. Finally I decided to go wait inside to take my order. Employees where overwhelmed. Need more staff. Or faster staff.
5 kids just standing around chatting, extremely lazy and slow service!
Had to wait 45 minutes on drive through just to get 2 Tim matin. Asked for sausage and no egg, guess what they put egg and no sausage. Didn’t checked the order coz already late for an appointment
