Seems like everyday around 530 they have noithing ask for a ice coffee never have it and worst service
Had a yummy turkey bacon club and a chocolate glaze donut with French vanilla cappuccino. Food: 5/5
I don't normally write reviews but this is the worst tims ever. Came with my sister and they messed up her order and the older lady with the pink hair was unacceptably rude about it and was basically yelling at us to the point my sister was almost in tears when we asked to have the order corrected. Some people clearly are not made for customer service jobs, hope ms. pink hair lady learns real customer service soon. Disgusted with the way we were treated here today.
I never leave reviews, but today was easily the worst experience at a restaurant - let alone a Tim Hortons - that I have ever had. While I could easily complain that the staff was unreasonably rude and short with EVERYONE they served during our 30 minute take out experience including the 4 incorrect orders we witnessed, along with our own, I can't really blame them entirely: If I had to work in an environment with more flies buzzing around than the dumpster out back or at the local dump for that matter, I'd probably be rude and short with every customer, too. If you MUST stop in for a coffee, be prepared for a long wait - and to swat countless flies in the process. They'd probably appreciate it if you donated a few rolls of fly tape from the local hardware store when you land. Not sure who owns/manages this location, but they really ought to be ashamed of themselves. Have a bit more respect for your employees and their working conditions - I'm sure it'd improve the client experience exponentially. Worth the hour long drive in either direction to get a cup of Tim Horton's coffee somewhere else.
I'm usually not too critical of fast food places because the workers are often underpaid and overworked. However, this location is one of the ones I avoid if I can. Too many times I've visited and they're out of a menu item or my order isn't correct. Something as simple as a coffee not stirred properly before a road trip can put a wrinkle in your day. The store is usually well kept and the drive thru is pretty quick, just double check your order as you leave and be prepared to have back up plans if what you want isn't available.
THE MILK THE LADY MADE MY COFFEE WITH IS EITHER SOUR OR IT SOURED FROM COFFEE TOO HOT. PLZ CHECK UR MILK.Food: 5/5
Stopped today for lunch and went inside and ordered a coffee and a sandwich. Coffee came in a few minutes and after I picked it up off the counter I stood waiting for my sandwich. I was greeted with an abrupt what are you waiting for? I simply replied my sandwich. " Your going to have to wait we are short staffed". With 5 ladies working and 3 people inside I was kind of confused.. I waited another 5-6 minutes only to have her drop it in the counter and walk away.. wow some of the worst customer service I've seen...
I visit this location every weekend and every weekend I am showered with rude customer service. I get the same thing every weekend and every weekend it gets messed up. To top it off when I bring it to their attention that they made a mistake I get attitude like it’s my fault they made a mistake. If there was another location between Miramichi and Fredricton I’d visit that location instead. Also when I have someone handing me my cup by the lid after touching the previous persons money is totally disgusting. If you’re gonna touch dirty money then least you could do is hand me my cup by the cup not by the lid I drink from. This location could use some retraining 100%
The is as is the food. There is one drawback, service is slow most days. Today, I stopped in for Breakfast on my way to work, stood at the cash for approximately 5 minutes without being acknowledged. There were two girls on drive thru, one making sandwiches. I was finally acknowledged with we're shortstaffed will be a bit. Responded that I couldn't wait long, to get the response that if you can't wait you can leave. So I did. Would have been better to stop at the Robin's just outside Miramichi. Service is terrible.
My daughter and I went down for a treat and it was a very friendly environment. We were treated with the utmost respect. Wheelchair accessibility: The buttons for the doors are within reach and easy access for those who are in chairs. Dietary restrictions: They serve almond milk which was great for my child as she is cow milk intolerant.
