Very speedy drive thru. I've never had an issue with an order, and I've been here multiple times over the years. The one gentlemen that seems to always be there and manning the window. Is super quick, you would swear he had four hands!Food: 4/5
The boss in here today yells like chef Ramsey and things got done !! there was 20 people in line as well as the drive through was full and he moved them through better then any fast food restaurant I ever saw ... 5 stars for you Darin .. I was disappointed because no one said yes Chef Food: 5/5
Smallest tim Hortons I've gone to in the past ten years , food wasnt the best, couldn't even make an ice capp right , very crammed and unwelcoming Parking: Large parking lot tho
Went to this location to get a Dark Roast at 9:40. The young lad said he didn’t have any on. I explained I could wait. He told me they were closing in 20 min and would not put a pot on. I contacted their corporate office and was told the franchise would contact me. Still no call. What bothers me the most is Tim Hortons is a coffee shop. This is terrible customer service. Tim Hortons is failing one customer at a time. Truly sad considering they were tops in their game at one time.
Worked here and it was horrible. Everyone are liars and nobody takes responsibility for their own actions and only cares about themselves. My friend who also worked there got forcefully transferred to another location against her will because she was told that "they need healthy people to work at this location" and my friend had surgery on her leg and was trying to build the muscle so she could be faster. The way they treat their employees is absolutely disgusting. I definitely will not be going back there even as a customer.
Tons of fruit flies on the tim bits and flies also in with the donuts. Watched the time hortons employee grab some tim bits, and a bunch of fruit flies came off the time bits and started flying around the case. Possibly a public health issue.
First off all, the owner of this tims is also the owner of bridgenorth, owners are a complete ducking JOKE with no respect for "some" of their hard working employees, second of all how the duck do they think they can jack their prices up once again but can't serve a qaulity coffee twice in a row! Everytime its somthing else coffee is shiet or food ducked, the owners and employees need to get there heads out of their phones and get their shiet together, this is beyond owners and needs to be adressed by a tim hortons regoinal representative! Sincerly, family of a FORMER empolyee!
A restaurant and No masks you morons and there is a 6th wave. Other smarter places are using masks in public areas... No science education or reasoning. The owner must be a meathead anti-mandate jackass.
By far the best tim hortons I have ever been to. Always very fast and polite and have never gotten my order wrong. 10/10 amazing
This morning at 7:45 we had the most confusing experience at this location. The woman who was taking my order at the drive thru started talking over me to give me my total while I was still ordering. I said "I'm still ordering". I then went to complete my order, and she spoke over me again. I said "let me know when you're ready", so we could avoid speaking over each other and I could finish my order. She told me to go ahead, and I finished ordering. No other words were spoken. When I reached the pickup window, a young woman said to me in a very rude tone "going forward those comments will not be tolerated". Other than me stating what I was ordering, and the quotes above, literally no other words were spoken by me at the order mic. After the woman at the window said that, I said "that is really ignorant" and "maybe she shouldn't be speaking over me". She didn't comment and I drove away with my order. We've been going to this location for 11 years now, and while the service has never been great, today was exceptionally bad with the young woman working the window. Simply because I pointed out that I was still ordering and for the person to let me know when they were ready. Something really needs to be done about these types of situations, as customers should not have to deal with these types of abuses. It greatly damages the reputation of Tim Hortons. Check out all the recent reviews. There's a reason this location keeps getting 1 star, but they seem to like blaming the customers for their ineptitude.
