Well this was a once in a never experience I've had today at Tims, let me start by saying this place is completely unorganized for what appears to be an abundance of staff.... I'm greeted by Caroline the old lady seen in the pictures, she was behind the counter, I place my order for a blt and a farmers wrap w no chipotle, but sub ketchup instead, she looks at me and snaps, "we don't do that" I said what? Serve farmers wraps? She said, "no you can put your own ketchup on it, we don't have ketchup, only packets" I said, you're making the sandwich, you can't just put the ketchup in it, like every other time I've ever asked, no one has ever had an issue but you...she proceeds, "you want ketchup, you put it on yourself" fine, fine ill also take a plain ice coffee. Thanks. 5 minutes later a fully cream based ice coffee comes out, which I promptly returned for a black ice coffee, where she snatches the drink and says, "if you want black say black", where I said in most countries plain is black. Needless to say the sandwiches eventually coming out looking pathetic, pictured here as well, then the same women comes to the table, now cleaning, and says how was you sandwich, I replied not very good, and her quick response was "well I didn't make it" and then she walks away laughing. The blt had 2 small pieces of bacon, 2 very small under ripe tomatoes, and 1 piece of lettuce... Just look at the 2 eggs inside the farmers wrap and the spoonful of bacon bits, not even a full piece of bacon on there. All and all I give the service here an F, the food quality a very generous D-, and the attitude of Caroline another F, if I was her supervisor she would be cleaning toilets all week or fired.

Definitely not to happy with them right now. Went in and ordered a extra large coffee and two muffins this morning and was given my muffins right away. Stood there waiting for my coffee for several minutes as I watch other customers come in after me ordering coffees as well and receiving them as the workers keep looking at me. Ended up walking out without my coffee that I paid for. Gone there 8 years every morning before work but am strongly considering changing where I go.
Every time I go to this timmies, there is always something wrong with my order. Just today they forgot my sauce and we waited at the car window for 5 minutes until my dad had to knock. We ordered potato wedges and they were rock solid, like they were sitting in a warming tray for an hour. So disappointing.
Not going out of my way on this one the coffee was good and of course the bagels are limited but was okay for taste. Totally tell its not the same when Canada owned it...Food: 4/5
Like most Canadians...I have been to many Tim's in my time... Living all over Canada...From Halifax to High Level. This location is consistently one of the best and most consistant experiences you can have at this chain.
No vegetarian options, my fiancé is starving, no blueberry donuts very limited options, worst Tim’s I’ve ever been too If im being honest. Service was excellent though, still 1 star
They have coffee. It's not consistent by any means. Sometimes it's made right , sometimes it's not. Sometimes you say thank you and the person at the drive you just shy of throws your order at you and slams the window in your face.Food: 2/5

went to grab some food after supper, well first things. the tomatoes were moldy and rotten, send the bacon was clearly not cooked & my coffee wasn’t correct.
