This is the first time we had breakfast here, had the muffins and pancakes, all tasted delicious! We had the coffee and hot chocolate too, very nice indeed! We ordered some Timbits to take home too, they are mini and you get to taste different flavours in one go! We tried some before and they were very nice! The customer service is also excellent here! So much smiles and greetings in store! Keep up the good work, see you on the weekend
Our first visit to a Tim Hortons, works like most fast food outlets. We chose from the all day breakfast range. Probably not the best choice as we thought it a little small. On saying that it was hot a very tasty. Had lattice fries as a side and these are great. Yes we will return and try more from the menu. Great deals to be had after 5pm
I'm not a keen fast food person hence the 4 stars but wanted to try out the UK version of what has become a Canadian institution and couldn't fault it on anything else . I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the eating area, the mix of furniture and the toilets which were individual, spacious and very clean. The staff were slightly aloof but quick to serve me and most importantly, my coffee was good. I would come back here if I was in the area and needed a coffee. Parking: Parking is just outside and when I arrived, midweek at lunchtime, there were lots of spaces.
One of the only Tim Hortons located in Greater London. Missed my French vanilla and had the luck to have it again here. Tim Hortons should expand more within Central London to be more accessible. No one can beat their hor drinks and donuts. Coffees are always fresh from bean to the cup.
The food in general was underwhelming and overpriced - nothing to write home about. However, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was good - the chicken was moist with decent flavour. We were told the Crispy Chicken fillets were halal - which is a welcome change for anyone who is Islamically inclined. Everything else we had though, from doughnuts to lattes were run of the mill, if not a touch substandard. My overriding take on the place would be one of jack of all trade and master of none. In saying all this - it may be a place of an acquired taste in nature - you may learn to like it in the fullness of time. Parking: Plenty of free parking available right outside as it is situated in a retail park.
The hamburger meat was absolutely tasteless, thin and dry. Biggest disappointment from all items. The chips had brown burnt stuff stuck to them. The ham & cheese toast was alright though. The iced coffee drinks were more watery than expected, however the French Vanilla Latte was very nice. More expensive than some fast-food famous competitors. The only item we liked apart from the French Latte were the doughnuts but didn’t made us say “wow, I want again”… The environment was relaxed and clean. Maybe a place to only sit and have the ‘french’ drink while checking the phone/laptop. Sorry, but the four of us were disappointed with our first-time experience and wouldn’t come back.
Have always heard great things about this Canadian borne franchise and ended up trying it for the first time, much to my pleasure! The menu is wonderfully varied, from a selection of coffee/breakfast items to fully-blown chicken burger meals. I tried the crispy double stacked burger which perfectly blends a crispy chicken fillet, a hashedbrown and some vegetables. The fries weren't bad, reminding me a lot of those from Cafe Leon and of decent portion size too. Timbits unfortunately didn't live up to my expectations, with some flavours seeming a little confused, like they weren't sure what they were setting out to sell... The sprinkled ones were excellent though!
Awful customer service. No attention at all. They seem not bothered. They gave me warm coca cola. I asked for a iced cold one. They exchanged it but even the 2nd bottle was luke warm. The doughnuts were OK but the original glaze was rubbish, honey doughnut was nice. Krispy Kreme original glazed is the best. The chicken burger was lovely. My partner got iced French vanilla latte, the employee poured tap water and mixed it with the powder and walked around for good 5-10 minutes after which he went and added some ice and gave it to us. By the time we received it we felt sick to drink it seeing his hygiene standards, only washing his hands after serving us our drink. Yuck!
Food: I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the burger. My only disappointment was that I didn't order a double cheese burger. Milkshake and donut was really good too. Chips were cold Service: Touch screen to order, fairly quick, within 5 to 7 minutes. Atmosphere: Really nice warm interior with lots of seating. I still prefer 5 guys, but Tim's would be a second best, they just need more locations. Price is cheaper than 5 guys which is a plus with a lovely Bun.
Had the chicken burger meal with the mango and coconut shake and hubby had the crispy chicken wrap with watermelon shake. Chicken was juicy, crispy and tasty. Loved the shakes as well, only decided to get them because for some reason there was no soft drinks when ordering on the machine. The place is really nice and clean. Staff are very friendly as well.
