There's a sign on the window above the drive-thru that even says open 24 hours which is a lie. Definitely not open 24 hours. Update your hours online.
Horrible service. Waited in line for 45 minutes just for them to mess up my order and another 20 minutes to remake it. 10 people working and still takes 45 minutes to get your food, ridiculous!
Bad service, the girl was having a bad attitude and took them 20 minutes to take us then another 20 of wait to have our stuff and they dodnt have the stuff to do it, no bagel and I asked for a BLT and I don't know where the LT went but there was an egg and bacon not even some mayonnaise nothing. Really bad experience.
I've only started visiting this location since last December when my wife wanted chicken soup and this was conveniently open. I don't crave doughnuts very often and I don't drink coffee so I'm not really a "Timmy's" guy, but I do like their chicken soup and sandwiches. The sandwiches have MUCH improved since my last visit many years ago. I'm actually impressed with the quality and find myself picking up something for lunch and sometimes dinner. The service at this location is always quick, friendly and professional. The staff here seem to always try their best even if they don't get many orders from the app so they tell me. Speaking of which, the app is brilliantly well-thought out and easy to use so kudos for that as well! Overall, I enjoy my meals here and don't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in the area :
Clean and welcoming space but a little too slow.
Takes years upon years of waiting just to get a coffee. I've stopped coming here in the mornings since it will take at least 30 mins of my day. You would think it gets less "busy" during the day but nope. After a while I've decided to make my own coffee and pastries.
Horrible experience, they had an employee on his first day of work take orders without supervision. I waited 15 minutes and never received my order. He didn't even know what I ordered or how to charge me on the Tims App. When I complained he said there was no manager. I insisted to get a refund and the manager came on the floor and issued me a refund. I told her she shouldn't of let a new employee take orders on his first day of work, she apologized and said it was done without her advice. Probably never coming back!
The slowest Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Waited in the drive through just over half an hour. Completely ridiculous
We passed by randomly after a long journey in the north. Very nice staff were working there. The girl at the counter and the cook were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Sucks for the covid situation, the seating is very limited. Overall we had a positive experience at this Tims.
Dark atmosphere and lack of enthusiasm.Food: 3/5
