This is by far the best Tim Hortons I've been to since the pandemic started. It's busier and slower during the week-end, but the week staff are really pleasant and efficient and I always go out of my way to go to this Timmies rather than the 2 other Lachute locations. Parking: Has a small amount of parking spots, but most people go through drive-thru anyway.
Usually decent, but can never count on them being open per their schedule. Could easily look the other way if errors were not constantly made. So for now, I say it's two star and when things start leveling out again, I'll give it a better rating.
Closed at 5 pm on a Wednesday. To the owner, there's lots of immigrants willing to work. To the employees, don't cry when there's no job later.. Do you really think someone is going to stop here again to walk away empty handed?

Worst service ive had in any tims, workers refusing to understand english, lack of management, food was cold, no covid 2m line, gives half your order on top of the donuts dusplay the other half at the left of the counter. Took way too long to get served because chatting with co-workers about what they will do after there shift was more important. Also lack of proper mask wear.
The place is clean and the staff is nice but they didn't have sugar ! Very surprising for a coffee shop. The iced coffee caramelized was not good at all compared to other Tims
Service was slow because I have a new employee but that'sunderstandable, what bothers me is during the pandemic were masks are mandatory.. the girl working in the kitchen making the wraps and sandwiches had her mask pulled under her chin chewing gum with her mouth wide open while working on the food. I watch this for at least 15 minutes while waiting for my order... I was not too impressed. Was aprox 18-20 yrs old. Rectangular black framed glasses. Thursday july 23 aprox 5:35 pm
20 minute drive thru wait for sour coffe not even drinkable. Waste of time.waste of money , unless you like feeling dissapointed and cheated. STEER CLEAR.
Just spat out my drink of curdled milk iced coffee. Disgusting Went to turn around and tell them only to find out it's drove thru only at 4pm. No t waiting another 20 mins for poison coffee or even a refund. STAY AWAY
