Going there daily. Daily I have to come in from the drive thru to have them.remake my breakfast or get my drink order right. I repeat my order so they repeat it back to me,so there should be no mistakes. Everyday mistakes. Everyday rude, rude service at the drive thru and when I have to go back in. As I have stood there I watch at least two to three other people come back in with their food that isn't right either. Tim hortons is going down hill. No fresh twenty min coffee, lucky if they change the new machines when the light flashes red. Nope not wasting a full pot I have heard them.say. I won't get my coffee there Ever !!. Their rudeness is rediculous. Customer service? They have None. Would recommend you go to the main tim hortons on yale road. Either by the high-school or across from McDonald's. They get it right. They are polite,friendly and fast
Coffee often old past Tim Hortons specified time. An employee was chastised for ghrowing away coffee that was past time allowed. The coffee machines have timers built in to let staff know when to make new coffee but these are ignored by management. Reported to Tim Hortons head office. Beware of this place
By far the worst tim hortons in the fraser valley for wait times. Been there 4 times and everyitme I've waited more than 20 mins.... for a coffee and bagel.....
Totally worth less experience. Most unprofessional staff. 1. Paid20 in cash for $14 purchase and got only Looney back. When asked for my balance the response was"Sorry my till is closed." Waited more than 5 minutes just for the balance. 2. Then Ice cappuccino we ordered were given to other drive thru customers which according to them is given "by mistake" 3. Finally got my order and guess what!!! Leaky glass photos attached
Poorest managed Tim's I have ever been to / Slow even when not busy and staff some standing around like a deer in headlights. Several times and it's always the same. All I can attribute this consistent disappointment to is poor training and an absence of anyone in charge on the floor.I'd hate to see this place if it was busy.
Worse Timmys I’ve been to. Can’t answer a simple question and gives me whatever they feel like that’s not my order while overcharging. And the food was old/cold on top of it. Won’t be going back to that location. There’s an expectation of mediocrity whenever I got to a Timmys, but this was a special kind of terrible…
Tim's food has fallen in quality since it was bought and it's sad that I need to go to McDonald's now for a good breakfast sandwich. Bring back the old eggs!Food: 3/5
I like coming here for a quick breakfast before heading to work .. I ordered an everything bagel with herbs and garlic cream cheese and there is very little cream cheese .. not very satisfied with this ..
The service was very slow The small ice cap was watery and very sweet with very little coffee flavors The breakfast sandwich was cold The only thing that was good was the sour cream donut. Even the tables were dirty Can't wait for the Dq or Starbucks to open accros the street.
