Amazing experience!!! They were extremely friendly and fast moving. We had a very confusing large order and Katie was adorable and so sweet while taking it. After I screwed up placing the order, Susan jumped in and happily helped us out to make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing staff, thank you all so much
It always seems chaotic in here every time I pass through, which is once or twice a year! Nothing goes terribly wrong but nothing ever is right either! Staff are friendly but scattered! Transactions never go very smoothly! It is strange! It feels very different than most Timmy’s I visit!
The quality of ALL Tim Hortons have really gone downhill. This place was so dirty today. All tables were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty, behind the counter dirty, and the outside had garbage everywhere. There was about 6 staff members working and it was NOT busy by any means. I understand good help is hard to find but this blame falls on the owners who obviously don't care enough to train their employees.
Worst.,! Tim Hortons never never ever go here we've waited at the drive-thru for somebody to speak to us said hello hello . Other people were pulling up. finally gave up and pulled up when we got to the window he insisted he couldn't take orders out the window after we were stuck in his lineup for 20 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused over and over. Wasted a half an hour of my life never ever go there.
Very unhygenic and unhealthy to eat here you can clearly see a fly inside food showcase. Saw this bad thing today 12 july at 3:40 pm and also mentioned this thing to 2 workers there but they did’nt took the action rightaway. Will never come to this tim again! Stay safe and stay healthy ! I request the management to take action againt this immediately. Thanks !
Not even worth the 1 star rating. Do not know how to take orders AT ALL!! Takes 20 minutes just to even order and get food in the drive through. didn't even get the order right when we received it‍ Needs better staff who can multitask and correctly take an order. This is not the first time while passing through Hope that we received this communication issue. Won't waste my time again .
Been there several times while travelling. Usually a line up from just 1 cashier out the door. Too much emphasis on quick serving drive-through traffic. Should focus more on walk-in customers. Have left the line up on several occasions due to lengthy wait time.
Second time going here and second time not liking it. Staff was having a vulgar fight in the back. Had to wait for coffee even though there was another pot already brewed. Only 32 timbits in our box of 50. Completely unorganized and incredibly slow service. Needs better management.Food: 1/5
After a difficult drive on a Coquihalla highway on a way to Vancouver back, we took a break here. It was indeed an awesome place with hot chocolate, habanero wrap and chocolate donuts. Relieved n refreshed. A customer friendly staff not to forget.
My bf and I waited patiently 5 minutes when no one would serve us in the drive thru - while the other lane was being served. The place is obviously shorted staffed. When no one served us at the tim hortons drive thru and waited 5 minutes, we ended up going to McDonalds drive thru which was wayyyy faster. I work at the Hope McDonalds and the drive thru at McDonalds is wayyy faster The last time, my bf and I came to get coffee from this location, our coffee didn't taste like they had put the right sugar but tasted like they put salt in our coffee. Coffee at McDonalds is 10 out of 10 stars for us. Tim Hortons coffee used to be our favorite but not anymore. I only like their timbits and iced cappuccinos
