Yesterday I hit the drive thru for a coffee on my way home from work. The wait was pretty long.. probably close to 10 minutes by the time I got to the window. The fellow working was super friendly and polite DESPITE BEING THE ONLY ONE WORKING! He is an absolute machine and I really hope the customers he interacted with yesterday were kind.
Fast, Friendly and Proper Servings! I ordered a wrap and a iced capp and both are full. The wrap was hot and tight, and absolutely stuffed. My iced Capp was also almost overflowing it was filled up so nicely. Honestly very happy with how much care was put into my meal for how quickly they made it. I’ll come again for sure
Worst Tim's experience ever. Ordered a Cream filled donut. It had almost no Cream filling. I went back in to show them. The gal working the counter argued with me and said that's how they do it. I showed her the picture of the exact same donut that was behind her and she still argued with me. No offer to rectify the situation
The staff have been updated and the service has become top notch. Fast and Polite servers. Beautiful surroundings to enjoy for a meal in or Out.Food: 5/5
We went to grab a couple of drinks. The staff just ignored like anything. Everytime we ask for steap tea from this particular employee she just says she have cleaned the machine and cannot make it whereas the other girls working at similar tines are super nice and ask us to wait and serve the tea. Usually staff is super nice and welcoming.
I never post reviews but I thought this had to be shared, I got a turkey club and added a few things on, nothing was missed, it was worth the wait, the sandwich was the perfect portion and well made, props to whoever was working. i havent been to tims in a while cause the quality has gone down but decided to give it another go and wasn’t disappointed at all.
Disgusting. I witnessed the supervisor on his cellphone while serving customer and making drinks/getting donuts. Not once did he wash his hands or use sanitizer. This is how we spread covid but clearly tim horton's doesn't care.

Worker Name Rupinder she was so rude even when i asked her, that she has given the wrong drink, she just start yelling on me, that i order this and you will get this and dont even listen a single word of my, even though i repeat my order two times. usually staff is so good this is first time that thing happens. need to teach her how to serve customer and listen them first. very disappointed with rupinder's service.
This is a great stop, the building is beautiful and clean, there are authentic indigenous souvenirs, and a Timmies for your refreshment.
