Funny that when they did the renovations in the last year they painted new lines in the drive through but didn't bother fixing the CAR EATING GIANT POT HOLES in the drive through. Learn how to make a proper cappuccino. Staff is usually friendly but seems stressed due to short staffing/poor working conditions.
Ordered a French vanilla cap for myself and my gf on the weekend. Taste was pretty good, however we both started feeling queasy after 20 minutes and quite drinking when I noticed things floating in my drink. Uncertain if it just wasn't mixed properly or was from milk that had gone off or if the cappuccino machine just hadnt been cleaned for a while a lot of locations seem to have this issue. If I go again, I'll just stick to coffee, no specialty drinks..
Sooo my coffee was burnt but the person with pretty pink hair who met me at the window made my morning. Their smile and genuine friendliness helped me feel valued as a customer. Usualy I get some abrupt person too busy to even smile. I will take 100 of this person over the other. Dont get me wrong they were busy but they didnt ignore the person they were attending to. Kudos.
Sat in drive thru 4.5 min before they even acknowledged we were in the drive thru--boy at drive thru was friendly enough -- yet with zero people in store and only one I drive thru - no reason for the wait time.
It's Tim's somedays good some days they can't stir. This location was recently renovated and I like the new design.
The coffee I ordered Aug 30th about 3pm tasted terrible. Tasted like grinds were reused it was so weak it was the worst coffee I have tasted. Had already left so no way to ask about a new brew but it was shockingly bad.
Hands down the cleanest and we'll organized Tim Horton's I've ever been in.
Can't complain had a coffee and a blt bagel and enjoyed it.Food: 4/5
I recommend Mitchell, or clinton, its worth the insane price of gas not to stop at this place. The slowest restaurant I've ever encountered. Order is wrong 90% of the time, the food is cold, stale or soggy or all of the above. And from some reason every time I ask for a ketchup packet they are extremely stick and covered with hair. How about don't put the ketchup in with the honey?! I wont lie, the coffee is good usually. but after 15 mins waiting on average they should have figured out how to make coffee lol Seriously the worst timmies in canada. Employees basically bark orders at you in the drive thru, or you can stand inside and wait being the only person in the store for 25 minutes. I ordered inside and paid, and waited 17 mins for a bagel and a coffee, i asked for a refund and they basically laughed and said no. Absolute joke. 0 stars all day.
This was my breakfast sandwich on a croissant this morning, I'm just guessing but I think you could have done better. Maybe they thought it was a breakfast smoothie
