I don’t live in Revelstoke but twice now I’ve come to this location and they do not make my drink properly. The staff sat there arguing with me stating it was proper, when I order this drink 3 times a day everyday.. I know how it’s supposed to be. But instead their staff would rather argue and deny making it properly? Pretty sad. You pay for what you want, but don’t even get it.

This is how it looked, and they were totally slammed. Either not enough staff or exceptionally poor management of the front, drive through and mobile orders left us waiting 20 minutes for food that ended up being mostly wrong. Sorry, I don't normally post negative reviews like this, but I just had to call these guys out on mismanaging expectations or priories and seemingly hanging their poor staff out to dry.
Good location, in a Shell gas station right along the Trans Canada, but they close too early 10 pm. I wish at least the drive thru was open all night. I often stop here for gas and am disappointed to find they're closed for the night.Food: 4/5
Whatever changed in the last 6 months has resulted in a huge turnaround. Fastest drive through, perfect orders, really friendly staff. Keep up the great work
A half-filled medium French vanilla isn’t really what I call a good value. Aside from this issue which happens often, the service is good
Every Tom Hortons is great. And this one particularly was very good because in Alberta we found many Tim Hortons with burnt coffee, but this one was great. No long line, by a fast station, which is always a plus. If you are passing by and need a coffee, this Timmy is recommended.
In the true spirit of Tim Hortons, the staff were so friendly, efficient, place was clean and food was perfect. Coffee rocked. Long drive from Southeast Sk to Surrey, BC. Thank you all so much for the clear concise directions of the alternate travel route for Hiway #1. Traveling..this place is a must stop. Timmy's to Timmy's during traveling is an adventure.
Probably the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Avoid at all cost if you have a large family. They forgot half our order and then when we did get it they missed a breakfast sandwich and refused to provide it. It was obviously on the receipt but they refused to even look at it. McDonald’s has better coffee anyway so just safe yourself the trouble and go across the the street.
I asked for a mocha. I got a watered down coffee with barely a taste of chocolate in it. My boyfriend was the one that went in and he said that they didn't even offer whip cream when I asked where it was. Also he says they were standing there having an argument while the few customers watched. I've always got good service at Timmy's... Not here. My drink tastes awful and I'm on a road trip so can't go back. I love all cultures and mean no offense but I'm assuming that they don't speak much English because my boyfriend said they argued in another language, he could not understand anything they were saying for his order and from reading the other terrible reviews about order mix ups, this could be the problem. Why isn't the head office doing something
