Very awesome Timmies! I've been here a couple times and their food never fails to disappoint. They are always super friendly and they don't compromise the speed of your foods preparation for quality. Very good tim Hortons 10/10 recommend.Food: 5/5
Ever since the new management took over, this Tim Hortons has gone down hill. The service is ridiculously slow because the majority of the staff goof around. The staff are very unfriendly which makes for a poor environment. The staff do a good job of showing that they don't care about their job!Food: 2/5
Honestly whats with the rush at drive thru. "Anything else,...anything else" or 'is that it...is that it". Damn it, I barely knew wht I wanted when I pulled up. Lol seriously. What's the rush nowadays, also coffee always tastes burnt, but ill still drink bc of who I am as a person.
Biggest problem is they are always out of a LARGE majority of their foods… you want a yogurt cup for breakfast? Good luck… want a snack, dessert, or supper? well be prepared to have maybe three items to choose from even though they should have dozens of choices and if you want anything, that’s brand new your chances of getting it at any time of the day for the first week or so or slim to none. This is incredibly frustrating and it is a daily occurrence end considering that their yoghurt parfaits are the only safe food for someone who is 100% gluten-free/has any type of gluten allergy or coeliac disease. It is equally as annoying, but that one single option is always out before breakfast is even over let alone have your chance to get it throughout the day. Please work on your supply of goods and consider more gluten-free/celiac, safe options so that all your customers can find something good to eat regardless of the time of day, but especially when a restaurant should have something to feed all customers Kid-friendliness: Fine. Parking: Fine. Wheelchair accessibility: Fine.
On a Friday night when there's a major event nearby, and therefore an influx of traveller's, they locked up 20 minutes before closing time and wouldn't come to the door for five people going to knock.
Great place but gotta say the best employee ever was a night shift lady with her septum peirced she was hilarious and friendly! If she's reading this add me to Facebook Adam Howden
The people are very friendly but extremely incompetent. Everytime I go there my coffee 2sugar 1cream comes out tasting black. Sandwiches are always done incorrectly. I stopped getting them because of my allergy to tomatoes and they can't seem to grasp what they look like. I talked to the employees to set it straight 8 times. So here is my review now.
It's always professional and polite as it should be, just this one time, the manager kind of laid a dirty eye/word, on me even though I had my "COVID vaccine cards" she still talked down on me, and yes I'm a brown, Indian woman, status of course, which shouldn't matter but it seemed like it did, she was an old white lady, no smile, mean miserable glare, and no intention in serving me even though I had my vaccine, which she asked for so o can dine in, so I left because all of that didn't matter anyway because all of that didn't matter anyway I didn't mean to look like I was dining in, I was only sitting down for a minute waiting on my order once I left I walked behind her and grabbed my order on the till and walked out, but " Other then that " everyone else is very polite, all smiles and they serve you as quick as possible, very satisfied with the workers. #4 star for me.
Came here once and they only had three food options, if I could leave a zero star I would. How are you going to have food on a menu and not have anything available. Not even and soup options. Seriously such a disappointment and unprofessional
I went through the drive through during night shift and ordered three different drinks which were all the wrong order. The first order was supposed to be a white hot chocolate with a chai tea bag which ended up being a regular hot chocolate with an apple cinnamon tea bag. All the other orders turned out wrong as well even though on the screen the orders were entered in correctly. I can’t 100% say that it was intentional but I can’t see how that could be just a simple mistake. Not only that but we couldn’t hear the guy on the intercom at all, it just sounded like he was mumbling the whole time we were trying to communicate. I can say I’m honestly not impressed with the service during night shift.
