Our orders have usually been correct, but they do occasionally mix it up or give us the wrong thing. With that said, they do have some really lovely staff - Marcy is so full of joy and she always makes my day!
I'm always greeted in the morning by a very cheerful voice so wishes me a good day. I've never had anything missing from my order and everything made to specifications. The drive through is always fast.Food: 5/5
They messed up my mobile order. They shouldn’t have i had given them my name. I didn’t order any breakfast sandwiches and a cook with whitish hair came to the window and was very rude about it and she said to me “your gonna have to park out front and wait a while we have no eggs because most people don’t order breakfast sandwiches during the day” as they have breakfast sandwiches all day on their menu. i didn’t even order any breakfast sandwiches but there was no need to be so ignorant and rude about it. I then had to park in the parking lot and wait for about 5 minutes for them to bring out my order. i asked for extra sauce on my cravable and i barely got any. my bagel had been smashed. i asked for extra mayo on my club and got no mayo on the club at all just thrown in a bag on the side.
Was nice to use a bathroom with paper towels. I don't like to touch door handle without paper after washing hands. Most other Tim Hortons have air dryers which are useless, germ spreaders. Also they had warm water to wash. I have used nothing but cold water at others. Kudos to this owner.
Not the best Tims. Always waiting at the till as they prioritize serving the drive thru. Tables are seldom cleaned and surfaces are dusty/greasy. Restroom needs a thorough cleaning!Food: 4/5
Pretty good services and it wasnt crowded at all, I liked their outside tables. It also has a drive thru. It looks like it is new or like it was renovated lately. Located in the same building as the centex
I went today for lunch and ordered a wrap and a caramel latte. The wrap was correct but the chicken was not the kind I ordered. And I ordered a hot latte cause it's cold today and it came ice cold, but in a hot drink cup and no caramel. Very very frustrating. The lady taking orders is very nice so thats the only good thing about the service today.
Basic Timmy's, attached to a gas station. Staff was friendly but very overworked. Very small seating area, better used for drive thru or take outFood: 4/5
