Terrible experience! Wraps and bowls with no sauce. Coffee with no sugar. Drove from winnipeg stopped here to have some good food. But absolute disappointment. Their service times are killing the customer service also even when it was manager herself at the drive thru window!
Waited at least 20 minutes for a wrap, worker forgot to put in half of the ingredients, didn't notice till I was in vehicle, had already been there 1/2 hour, ate my skinny wrap and moved on. Felt bad for senior behind me, he couldn't figure out why so long for a bagel, he gave up after 20 minutes and left without it.Food: 1/5
Never seem to get my order correct at this location and when told about it,it seems like I am in the wrong. I rather go to other location on the highway.Food: 3/5
Actually opens at 6am not 5am as advertised... Waited for fifteen minutes for it to "open" only to be told they open at six... Not five... Change your hours of operation ASAP not to confuse late night/early morning travelers...
The one on the highway 17 mckerrow Manager are so rude, disrespectful an have no people skills as in respect for thete customer the orders are wrong an they just don't care on the others hand a few workers that work there are kind an respectful an so on
Service is great. But the bathrooms are disgusting. The men's especially. Every time we go it is the same.

“TIM HORTONS” This is as good as all other TimHortons but let me tell you the staff here is really courteous, friendly and very good that you feel like stopping here every time you pass by. This is only one TimHortons between Elliot lake and Sudbury. These guys are savior
My usual go to every time I come this way. Good service. Friendly staff.
It is only and the best Tim Hortons out here
