In line right now. It's been 15 minutes, I've moved twice . Ive had time to read a few reviews, formulate my own and post it. There are currently 5 ppl working out front. Brutal. Don't come here if you are in a hurry, go to McDonalds they have been very fast.
Its 3:30 am on Sat. Nov.19, 2022. Been sitting here over 15 min. At a 24 hr location, and the staff will not come to the drive through window, di not answer the phone or knocking at the door. What's the point of being open, if your not going to serve anything.... Tims has really gone down hill since its been sold. Beside not so good donuts anymore, its now got terrible service... Manager should actually manage his store... We are leaving as its now been 25 min, and still no staff to take your order. Update: Just before I left a staff member finally came out of the back, he wasn't going to come to the window, but I kept insisting he did. He tells me they are closed, I mention all the signs that say 24 hrs on, pointing to the one that is 2 inches from his face. He reply, oh well we used to be, but that was long time ago... Being new in town, how would I know this, as Google also lists them as 24hr. I say dont you think you really should take down that sign?? He tells me thats a good idea? Cause no one else was smart enough to think of that?? Seriously?? I promise its not just because I have 15 years of retail mgmt behind me, that I was able to come up with this idea... Someone at head office really needs to reconsider the people working as the district manager, store manager, and the staff. Seems like they have a combined IQ of a stick.... No wonder this store has a 2.5 rating.... Also, the glaze/icing shouldn't be the same thickness of the donut, its to be a glaze, light and thin - not send you into a sugar induced coma. Learn some balance people...
what are the actual correct hours for this location in Greenwood? I was under the impression this is a 24hr location yet have been waiting at the drive thru for 15mins after physically seeing people in the window at 4:58am?
The staff is rude don't care if orders are correct and not the first time my order has been wrong. And no compensation for there errors.
Tim Hortons Greenwood were awesome right from the start. I called them two days prior to needing a donation of coffee and the didn't hesitate to help out. They provided a large carafe with enough coffee for 50 people and all the fixings. You guys rock! Thanks so much.
Standing in line for almost a half hour with one customer in front of me When they were serving the drive-thru and online orders before the people that were standing in line. Not happy with Tim Hortons McDonald's has better coffee anyways. Plus the news on CBC . Tim Hortons hasn't been invading our privacy. Not sit well with me.
the place decided to care more about money than its customers by closing off the fromt section of the store and only opening the drive through. people like me who dont own a car are currently not able to purshase anything from the store. to everyone: make sure your tims hasn't done anything stupid before walking 3 km for your coffee.
Definitely the best Tim Hortons in the area. They have never got my order wrong, usually are fully stocked on their pastries, and their service speed is acceptable. Most, but not all, staff are friendly and helpful.
Slow always, has been slow for months.. takes forever to do anything, especially drive through. Half the time you cant even go in to do your order you can only go through the drive thru that's it. Never the same faces, always different people.
Fast but I've been given the wrong order 3 times last month. I drink tea and not coffee and 3 times I've been halfway to work and noticed it was coffee. I check before I leave the window every time now.
