Oh no.. please do not mess up customer’s order. I ordered an iced coffee with one milk NO SUGAR. when I got home, I found there’s sugar in my coffee. Young staffs, Please please focus on customer service instead of chatting while you are working.
I know this location does not get many employment applications but management needs to make sure that employees can clearly and effectively communicate in Canada's official language English. Poor verbal communication skills is leading to mistakes with customers orders and customers having to repeat themselves multiple times.Food: 3/5
After 2 years, nothing, and I mean nothing, except the staff. They take at least 15 minutes through the drive through, get your order wrong, do not stir your coffee unless you ask for well stirred. They just do not have a workplace constitution. Many times I've had to bring my coffee to another Tim's where they get it right. If you do not have 15-20 minutes to wait for your order, don't go

management is horrible and every single crew member talks about each other even management and bullys their staff. Environment its toxic its not even a workplace at this point. very sad and pathetic especially for management who allows this.
Can't get an order correct ever, just went through the drive thru, placed my order and ask for a half dozen donuts mixed up. I get home I got a half dozen plain donuts. I'm going to assume this Tim Hortons only has plain donuts in there store, or a bunch of employees that don't listen to their customers! Normally a quick stop while passing through, daytime staff is very polite and friendly.
This is literally the WORST Tim Hortons in the county. They never have any of their stuff prepped. Their iced capp machines never work during the day but sometimes do at night. The staff works slow, and the wait times are horrible. This place as really gone down hill since they opened. Especially in the last few months. It extremely frustrating. I used to work at a timmies and I can guarantee that this isn't a hard job. Get better staff that actually know what they're doing.
Always very efficient and kind. Glad to have a great timmies close to home!
Slowest around. September 30, 2020. Still slowest around. 15 mins in a drive through line 2022 update- waited 15 mins in line again and asked for assorted timbits... still the same old.
