Quick stop at this Tim's. It's Tim coffee, so not my favourite. But the staff and service were great. Check out all of my honest Google reviews. My photos have over 12,000,000 views.
Drive thru services getting worse everyday. Missing items and napkins. Not a one time and poor food quality.
Soon-to-open Tim Horton’s with a drive-thru. Co-located with a Sobeys Express and a Petro-Canada has bar, which are already open. This Tim’s is immediately after the entrance to the Halifax Exhibition Centre, as you drive on Prospect Road, towards St. Margaret’s Bay Road.
They need to improve customer service, they should strive to be more friendly to customers. The products are good.
Always slow. Often inaccurate. Going inside is slower. You think it's better, but it's not. People seem nice.
Went to this place on Tuesday got exponentially great service.thanks my guy haneesh finally some good people working there.
Probably the worst service out of any tim Hortons I’ve been so. And slow, there were more people standing around doing nothing than were were doing tasks. I thought when the worker went to get my donut he quit and walked out because he took so long.
I was working in the area went to get some soup for lunch when i got back to work i realised i didnt have a bun to go with my soup plus i paid for a large bun at that
Late service took too long to make a wrap, forgot that we ordered food, food had missing ingredients, made hot chocolate with water instead of milk….. Staff is nice but pretty undertrained and confused.. Yeah that’s it I guess.
Love the customer service and the two drive thru ladies in the morning are great! Food is great but lately who ever is making the food doesn’t put the peanut butter on for you. It’s too much to have to pull over to put your own peanut butter on your English muffin when on the go with a child or for yourself. Also toasting the bread a little more feels like it was just put on without toasting. That includes breakfast sandwiches, English muffins or bagels.
