Always filthy, no toilet paper and now they've decided to take away the bun they use to have with the chili combo and give a half of a sub bun? How about you take the price down too!
If you have another option don't waste your time here. Coffee is always old, order is wrong half the time and the staff are extremely rude. Went to pick up an order I placed on uber eats and when I got there it took almost 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me in an empty restaurant. She took one look at my phone and went back to what she was doing. I could see my order as it was ready and about 2 inches out of my reach and told her where it was and she very huffingly gave it to me. Sad to say that was an average experience. Edit: Hours are not correct or staff is not following them. Said they were open at 5:00 am on Sunday and when I showed up at 5:45 am it was closed, dark and locked.
Today i visit this place. Very politely i ask one staff lady there is any key for washroom she reply with me with very rude manner and she shout very loudly. Seriously lady this is unacceptable I don’t know her name if i know I definitely put here. If you don’t wnna work go to your home relax. you don’t need to shout at customers they dont pay u for that . I have short of time today otherwise i take this thing to higher authority and i also wnna talk to manager. I never see this kind stupid lady . Really customer service is just disgusting. Even they don’t deserve 1 star
It’s not even worth of one star , very rude customer care . Feels like we they don’t want to serve anyone . It’s not only to us , same for every customer .
I just got my order from skip the dishes and when I was about to give it to my son, I saw that it was bitten already! It was flip the other way around so if I didn't turn it around I won't be able to see it!! I reach out to skip and they told me they will let the store know and they will contact me in a "few hours" I am waiting for that call as this is a serious matter! DISGUSTING! And FYI, the order was SEALED properly, if anyone ordered from tims, you know how they sealed orders.
How...How is this place still in business. Terrible service and terrible food. Had a bagel this morning, barely toasted and barely any butter, extremely stale. I get it, it's a 1.50$ can I really expect much? Thank goodness McDonald's offers bagels now, I would pay a higher price for a better product. If they can mess up a simple bagel, I can only imagine what else they can't seem to get right.
Their hot chocolate tastes like hot slightly flavoured water. Now one would think 2 stars just for that would be a bit unfair but nope, you'd be wrong. If you can't make at least an average hot chocolate at a coffee place then really, what are you doing? The only reason I didn't give 1 is because they were at least fast. Actually, maybe if they slowed down a bit they'd be able to make something I could consume without cringing on every sip at the absolute blandness. Perhaps asking for sugar with my hot chocolate is now the norm? Okay I'll freely admit this is a bit much because of one bad drink but seriously, it was just such a disappointment. Edit: multiple bad drinks now. What can I say, it's in a convenient location and I keep thinking the next one will be better.
Ordered a couple coffees + breakfast sandwich on the mobile app. Went to go pick it up @5:30 and the store was still closed.. so I waited till 6:15, I could see someone inside but they didn’t open the door for some reason.
Got a couple coffees delivered. one was right, but my cold latte was a hot latte instead. Could have been worse but still not what I ordered.
I ordered 20 Timbits assolted but all i got was 10 old fashion plain and 10 birthday cake flavour. You should check your order before you leave the store. It’s like they are giving out unpopular one that no one wants. They have terrible service and terrible food.
