I ordered 2-3 times but you guys don’t have enough ingredients. Please make sure when you open in morning that you have enough for the day staff very unprofessional
Staff was busy talking to each other and barely acknowledging customers. Got what I ordered but felt like I was interrupting them.Food: 4/5
I came here well after midnight the other day. They seemed to be somewhat understaffed.. that being said, the service was top notch. The dude at the counter was very willing to accommodate my somewhat specific order. They were super professional and nice. Also, the food and drink were great!
Terrible service, waited ten minutes watching the workers send all the food outside to the drive though, only to be told it’ll be ten to fifteen minutes more wait time! Got our money back and the manager Jessica was great, that’s why it gets one extra star
For the past week 5 :30 am service has been extremely slow like waiting up to 15 mins in the drive through for any service at all with 2-3 vehicles in drive through. Very POOR!!

Cheaper prices than some places on certain items. Place is fairly clean. Bathroom seems to constantly have messy stalls & I've had to inform staff each time I am there.Food: 5/5

I don't know what happened to this Tim hortons. A female employee started staring at me when I was waiting in line, and she did not look away when I was ordering food and talking to another employee. What's wrong with her? Well that's fine, but they completely forgot my order and people who ordered later than me got their food earlier than me. Finally, a male employee asked me: "Are you waiting for food?" I said yes, a sausage farmer's wrap and a hashbrown. Ok, then another female employee just gave me a wrap without a word, and I asked her "Where is the harshbrown?"
My service was ok, although quite slow, but I witnessed 2 things that shocked me. They were telling customers they didn't have an item that was actually there and someone went through the drive through and paid for an item that wasn't exactly what they ordered. The employee said, "oh well, they paid extra!" Be careful when ordering and check receipts!
