Staff are amazing and the waits are never terrible. I suggest when the drive through is full to just go inside you'll most likely be the only one in line unless it's July or August. Food is your regular tim hortons quality and sometimes below. The restaurant is limited on space but you can always find a seat or two if you want to sit in.
I had a great experience at this Tim's. The staff were very friendly and had no problem switching my order when got the wrong pastry. I noticed they knew a lot of customers by name and coffee order which is nice to see.Food: 5/5
I just had a very heartwarming conversation with one of the cashiers here. He has a wrist brace with tattoos, dark hair and some piercings. About late-forties. He just finished telling me that he has had an AWFUL easter because of some customers today. They have been working so hard and these customers came in entitled and rude, making an absolute mess of the store and their bathrooms. I always look forward to coming to this Tim Hortons on the way to my cottage, mostly because of the kindest staff. It’s a small location, so their service isn’t always as lightning-fast as others in bigger cities. But that doesn’t matter when you have genuine and pleasant people helping with your order. Please keep up your smiles and work ethic, not all customers are awful!
Although the staff was not attentive, I like this place. First time when we went to Tobermory we stopped at this Tim Horton location and I just fell in love with this little town Wiarton. Again last month when we were on our way to Tobermory stopped at this exact Tim Hortons and enjoyed our time having breakfast and buying some stuff in the Food World there.
Super busy location! 2 long lines for drive thru! always long lines inside too. Washrooms are pretty clean and service is always quick and friendly, but it's always very busy as now that plaza is shared with a large grocery store too. And there's no turning left back to the road from the plaza anymore, which is inconvenient.
Waited 20 mins for my order. 13 people working. My black large was missing from order. So I mention it to the girls and they say sorry you didn’t pay for a large black. So I went home and made a maxwell house, It was 1000 times better than Tim Hortons coffee. Incredible levels of incompetence at this location.
Probably the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to in Ontario. Staff were kind and attentive. We were rushing to get home and stopped through drivethru for some breakfast and drinks. I have never been through a Tim Hortons drivethru and left with everything I order and perfectly done like I did when leaving this Tim Hortons. You guys are great!

Stopped for a coffee and a washroom break on our to Tobermory. Been served by two amazing and generous ladies. One offered a Timbit to my 2 yo son. First time ever happening in a Tim Horton. A little gesture that make all the difference!! Awesome service!
