My drinks are always!, always!, always! wrong. This time I went in to the store to place my order so they can hear me clearly and they got it wrong 2 times. First time was before I left the store and second time was when I took my first sip after leaving the store. I am so mad!. I wasted $3.77 on a cold brew which is cold coffee and cream. Way too expensive to pay for and have it wrong. I told them twice I did not want flavoring and what did I get in the end. Vanillla flavoring! I will never ever be going there again!
There were many issues associated with our order on oct 22 2022. 1. The restaurant was filled with flies and they were everywhere. We saw them in the pastry display case, in the preparation area of our order, on the walls and literally everywhere. 2. Our order took an excessive amount of time to prepare and I rejected the first because of the flies. 3. Not one worker would acknowledge or do anything about the flies when we mentioned it. 4. We called later to speak to a manager and someone was supposed to return the call but it didn't happen. 5. At four pm they did not have soup or chilli ready and would not have the rest of the night. That's unacceptable and not the way to serve the people. The server had no smile and hardly talked to us as she handed the fresh wrap after we waited over 30 mins to get a fresh one with no flies on it!!! We just stood there and observed what was going on in disgust. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. Just gross to see it and I had to write this.
Worst multi-occasion experience with a fast food establishment in my life! Orders are completely wrong, food cold and lazily put together or outright not even cooked! If you’re eating out in town I suggest anywheres but Tim Hortons
I feel so sorry for the people of Tim hortons St. Paul. ZERO stating and it shows. I have been to the store 5 times passing through. The drive through would get a 2 star nit as bad usually but going in is a disgrace!! Where are the owners of this place!! Get your staff training. I will not accept the labour shortage excuse, this is training!! Go and see how other store operate like Tim hortons slave lake. Very efficient and professional. And this place was dirty with used dishes all over, old dirty soup containers. Floor was gross!!
Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff and the service is pretty quick. Bathrooms are kinda crusty but they're pretty busy so I assume they can't keep up. Parking: Kinda crowded..wierd parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible doors.
They always screw up orders. Today at 11:55am the person running the drive through screwed up my order and a few others they had waiting in this absurd 6 car line up. We are all on the side of the building where they put us because they’re so slow, this place should not sell food they can barely make drinks.
We have stopped here so many times in hopes the service would improve, but I'm sad to say it's just awful. Half the time, they don't have soup or chili, and they get our order wrong more often than not, the service is the slowest of any Tim Horton's we've been to, and the staff isn't usually friendly or helpful. This location honestly puts a bad taste in anyone's mouth about the franchise. I truly hope it improves as there's nothing better than a timmies coffee and a muffin or a bowl of chili and a bun. I will try again next season when we head up that way again and report on any positive changes: I have high hopes for this location Parking: There was ample parking available, even for travel trailers. It's a big parking lot as it's shared with many businesses.
I don't think I've ever been here where the service is quick; dine-in or take out. I've been many times hoping that my experience is just a one-off. Orders are consistently goofed up. Food is mediocre at best. The coffee absolutely rots my stomach. Service is meh. If you are going to go there, McDonald's is a across the street and will be faster, taste better and yoru order will be correct.
Last time I went there they messed up my order and gave it to someone else. Then when I asked about it this older woman was giving me attitude, when they dont check the bags before bringing them out to a car
Used to be good food good service but sure has gone downhill last couple of months. Super slow, disorganized, lots of mistakes.Food: 1/5
