I came very very early, at 5 am. Even though, all staffs were smiling and friendly. Thanks a lot Parking: They have large parking area.
Came in for a tea & bagel today. Started out good and went downhill. Clerk took my order, noticed she was wearing gloves which was fine Pay for my order with currency. Then clerk proceeded to make the tea with gloves still on, but wait….then proceeded to take the bagel from the display case to complete my order, with the same gloves she had on when taking the currency. This is not not fine. STOPPED she from completing the order and told her what she was doing wrong. This is against health regulations !!! To handle currency and then food with the same gloves. The staff is not properly trained in food handling. When I told the supervisor, she didn’t seem too concerned and retold the staff member exactly the same thing. I wonder how many people she did this too!
Just driving through kindersly and stopped by Tim Hortons, the place is dirty, the bathroom filled with garbage. The seating area had garbage in it, floors unkempt. Grandma ordered a grilled cheese, and the cheese was grilled on the outside. This place was very poorly kept. Would not recommend stopping here or dining in.
Poor customer service. Always saying one moment after each item you order. In stead of waiting for the hole order to be said. Always having to check if they have any items on hand. Not the cleanest place. Employees alwasy rude and have the Idgf attitude.
I've seen some poorly run Tim Horton's recently, this one is well run. Friendly staff, and unlike the Tim Horton's in Brandon Manitoba, their handicap doors worked....Food: 5/5
I really hope that management sees this and look into this matter . Very rude Filipino guy purposely gave me cold coffee while I ordered hot coffee with burnt everything bagel. why do you even come to this country if you are so unhappy working at Tim's.Food: 1/5

This Tim Hortons is so poorly managed, and the workers don’t care. Seems as though every time I go through the drive thru in the morning I somehow get the wrong order. Looks like they’re consistent on something. Won’t be back.
Dont bother ordering inside. Gave my order to another customer, should use names or ordee numbers.
In our small town I think you could drop the trans person in your drive through. I don’t even want to have him?/her? Touch my coffee. Very rude and not a happy person. I will be praying for that mixed up person each time I go through which is not very often anymore. God made us male and female—only. Read the Bible. Find peace.
